Tonight I brought my family to kickback jacks and the kitchen managed to well done 4 of the 5 burgers we ordered. When we brought the issue to the manager Samantha’s attention we got a quick sorry and informed that the kitchen is going to be awhile then she walked off. We have been here for over an hour and more than half of the table is still waiting on food. If you want your food wrong this is your spot.

I came out to visit family. We came to this Kickback Jacks. This was borderline a terrible experience. None of the food was fully cooked. Pizza doe looked like it never entered an oven. The manager really yelled at a family that was trying to celebrate a little kid's birthday and had about 12 people. Its not hard to accommodate for a family. That is pathetic. If you live in Suffolk, I wouldn't recommend going to this place to eat unless you're a food critic or inspector.

I see a lot of folks go here and it probably for the tvs and bar because it cannot be the food. Came with a large group for teen bday. I ordered a Mountain Dew which tasted like more of sprite. Appetizer I had the fire cracker shrimp. Fried pickles and husband had boneless wings. Shrimp were ok, pickles were a no to me the batter wasn’t good, and boneless wings were burnt underneath all the sauce. For entrees my daughter had the grilled wings and fries, I had ceasar salad with a piece of salmon and husband had flatbread carnivore pizza. All of it was edible none of it was good. Salad was as if they dumped a bag of old browning salad mix in plate and through dressing all over. Immediately during this meal I knew it wasn’t a place I’d go back to eat. Stomach was bubbling all most right away. Waitresses Haley was good and worked our party of 12 best she could so the service was fine.

Ordered via Doordash. First time try and glad we did! Everything was absolutely mouthwatering and seasoned to perfection! We got the steak and ribs combo, and that's definitely a go to. Decent size proportions, packaged with care for delivery, and no complaints on anything. If you guys have not checked them out, you should its definitely worth it. Good job guys!

LOVE KBJ’s. Our favorite restaurant ever. Food is always excellent. Wonderful daily specials. Soft drinks are $2.07. Service is always great. They donated to our seniors community picnic last summer. Our group goes there after our monthly hoa meetings. Highly recommend. FYI, it’s loud, sometimes too loud. There’s about 110 tv’s going with sports channels. Ribs are amazing. $12.99 on Mondays.

We went here for date night after watching Captain America: A Brave New World (highly recommend it). It took a minute for us to be acknowledged, but once we were, it was all good. Our order was taken and served quickly. We had to ask for ketchup and steak sauce, but that's to be expected. Overall. We had a great time. We will be back.

(-1 Star Review actually) In making travel plans and accommodations for our stay, we were looking for dining establishments and saw this place in a list of options. However, after reading the reviews and looking at pictures from previous patrons negative dining experience, we decided to not patronize Kickback Jack’s. I would suggest that those even considering giving them a chance inquire about their policy if a customer is not satisfied with their meal. Are there any signs posted stating no refunds or are the rules being made up as they go? Offering customers a gift card is not always a practical way to resolve a customer’s grievance about their food not being properly prepared because when traveling, customers may not always have this establishment in their hometown. Given the reviews from a myriad of customers, the food is undercooked, the management and staff are biased, the curbside service is horrible, many different customers have had several discrepancies with their orders and drinks, parties that come together cannot be seated together (even with advance notice), and they even treat their employees with such disdain. These people went into a food service industry, dealing with customers, only to not serve good food and literally hate their customers. The ALL SALES ARE FINAL and NO REFUND approach is a RED FLAG!!!!! Lenny is an unpleasant resounding name that is associated with someone who has a serious problem, is biased, and is clueless in ensuring customers have a good experience. People, do your due diligence read the reviews, look at the photos, and AVOID this place. Spend your time and money at an establishment who values you as a person and as a customer. The -1 star level of customer service, the food poisoning, the cold and undercooked food, and the watered down, faulty drinks are all a simple fix if not for Lenny and his staff putting their ego before customer satisfaction. They don’t even try to engage with their customers or provide service with a smile, which is indicative of how they train their staff as a whole. Under this piss poor leadership, I would not even want anyone in the kitchen here cooking, preparing, or plating my food. If they are not serving quality food and drinks but instead are refusing customers their refunds after complaining, then more than likely, they are doing something ‘to’ the food too. Take pictures and videos of the food, as well as, the negative experience from the staff and management and report, report, report the details. FoodSafety.gov, usda.gov, and contact the appropriate public health organization. It is obvious they are not following safe steps in food handling and cooking which is essential in preventing food-borne illness. I know we are glad that these pictures and comments are available to help in making our decision so that we will not waste our time visiting this place or Lenny. They feel as if they are ‘entitled’ to customers hard earned money when providing horrendous service, food, and drinks. 👎 Battleground Restaurant Group, Inc., is this the service in a warm and hospitable environment that you imagined your guests would receive? This is not the best dining experience in the marketplace at all. Lenny and the gang must do better or you all will continuously be reported and get these kind of letters. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who was kind enough to share their experience with potential customers so that we will not have to journey down this unpleasant, unprofessional, dissatisfying, uncooked and unappetizing road. 🤢 🤮 We will dine elsewhere while attending to business in Suffolk, VA.
