Get ready for some entertainment! You are not just walking into a ho-hum restaurant. When greeted by Red, you will never forget the smile, theatrics and energy. Recommend starting or ending with the speak easy. You will be led there if and only if you know the "code." The bartender Mitch seemed to be serious about his craft. While not on the menu, order the double smoked Old Fashion. We were mesmerized at the many steps that were taken to deliver one of the best old fashions we had ever had. We circled back around for our reservation and had the pleasure of having Katie as our waitress. The service was paced and attentive. Especially love the paced part as recently we have been slammed by our food at other locations even after asking for time in between courses. And may I say you need time in between courses here. Everything was cooked to perfection. We sat near the cooks line which is dangerous if you are hungry. It was cool to hear and see and smell the happenings of a busy kitchen with passionate chefs doing the thing they love on a Saturday night. Thanks to Lance the owner for coming out and talking to us. It was a special night with my friends.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary over a fantastic meal at Heritage East at Culture ETX. We had drinks and the BBQ Burnt Ends to begin - all outstanding. For the main course, he got the ribeye steak; which was tender and cooked to perfection, and we agreed that it was one of the best restaurant steaks we’ve ever tasted. The grilled striped bass with fingerling potatoes and green beans was beautifully prepared and had great flavor as well. Then we topped off the evening with dessert. For a year I’ve been craving the chocolate mousse - that mousse is my favorite dessert ever? Yes, I’m fairly confident it’s my favorite dessert ever. The difference from last year, is the coffee/lemon/chocolate bits were on top rather than folded in, which I think improved the dish! It was difficult to contain sound effects. Anyway, he’s more of a bread pudding guy and said his dessert was phenomenal too. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I went when Culture ETX reopened as “Heritage ETX” we were overwhelmed with the food we were served. We ordered the braised boar cavatelli, along with the sea bass. The pasta was undercooked, raw flour portions still visible when bitten in half and overall the flavor was just spicy, didn’t taste any of the flavors in the description. The pasta being undercooked sadly really affected the experience.

Best quality food in East Texas by a mile. Food is being made right in front of you and the freshness is apparent in the meals. Everything is locally butchered/harvested and it’s the first time in a long time I felt what I paid was worth the food itself. Portions are large and again, quality was unmatched. Fantastic spot and a must go for people looking for a quality, enjoyable meal.

Fantastic experience. Truly a culinary celebration. This was our first time eating at Culture ETX, and I’m so happy we decided to celebrate our anniversary here. I had the fettuccine alfredo and my husband had the pork chop. We shared the season vegetables and chocolate mouse. The flavor profiles and pairing of flavors and wine was divine. We can’t wait to go back!

Went here recently for a birthday dinner. Our server Katie was super attentive to anything and everything we needed and helped us make great decisions on what to order. Food portions were a good size and we all agreed we’d come back!!! Speakeasy in the back was a nice touch and something different from what you’d expect in Tyler!

Hubby surprised me with a spontaneous date night in Tyler and this was on his list! He didn't make a reservation as he didn't know exactly what time our movie would be over, so we felt extremely lucky when we arrived to them having ONE table for 2 available! Our server was absolutely amazing! He was not only super knowledgeable about the menu, he was very patient in answering our questions and listening to exactly what we wanted. We went with the Wagyu Beef Bolognese Pasta and tried the Rabbit Agnolotti Pasta. Both came out hot and perfect! Then our server convinced us to try the Deep Fried Bread Pudding, it was beyond words! It was cooked perfect and the best flavor! We will definitely be back again!

Truly a refreshing experience. It's wonderful to see a restaurant that puts such effort, detail, and passion into their food. The quality of the food was outstanding. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef's commitment to excellence. It's clear that they use high-quality ingredients, and the care they take is evident in every bite. The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the menu. They made sure we had everything we needed, enhancing our dining experience significantly. It’s important to note that you should expect to pay for the quality and service you’re receiving here. This isn’t a typical chain restaurant like Texas Roadhouse (which I have nothing against), but rather a unique dining experience that is well worth the cost. Overall, I highly recommend Culture to anyone looking for high-quality food and an exceptional dining experience in Tyler.
