Our overall experience has actually gotten better through time. They crushed it recently. Job well done. My favorite dish is actually the red snapper. We also love the spinach stuffed mushrooms. Highly recommended for any special occasion in East Texas.

The mister and I stopped in here thinking it was the Italian restaurant next door. Let me tell y'all something. Y'all need to go see Brandon!!!! He has us laughing, knew the menu inside and out, he was A-MA-ZING!!!! The food was so good we said we're going back and we're making sure Brandon is working. Go see Brandon y'all. Go see Brandon!!!

We had an amazing anniversary dinner at Dakotas. Our waitress Gabby was very nice and attentive. We both had the Wagyu Filet with the lobster tail, and it was delicious and cooked perfectly. We had delicious Oysters Rockefeller for an appetizer. In all, the entire experience was great, and we will be back soon.

Amazing!!! We went there for our anniversary and everything was top notch. We started in the bar, which is very comfortable and relaxing. We had a very romantic table in the corner. Our waiter was terrific. Best steak in town! Terrific side options include a very flavorful lobster mac n cheese. The key lime pie for dessert was divine. The white chocolate bread pudding was also delightful. Great wine selection. If you are coming here, you already know it is expensive, but it is worth every penny! Don't sleep on lunch. Great specials and brighter atmosphere.

Had a great lunch here. Service was fast and friendly - Hayden was our server - he did a wonderful job. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I had the sea bass and Brussels - very good.

Food was good. With fine dining expectations I was a little disappointed. We ordered a couple bottles of wine and the wine glasses came out dirty. Gritty when holding. Second, Dakotas charges a convenience fee to use plastic. I am not a fan of this. Being charged to use the most common way today isn’t something I see at a “fine dining” establishment. The food was good but nothing explosive. I would choose another venue over this. I won’t return due to the added cost to use plastic. It’s childish and petty.

Fine dining at its best. Dakotas came highly recommended, and trust me, it didn't disappoint. The restaurant is definitely worth the 5 Star rating. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The appetizers were spot on. Our entrées were perfect. The temperatures were exactly light we ordered and seasoned perfectly. The sides were tasty as well. When I'm back in town, I will be paying Dakotas another visit.

We’ve only been here once and it was such a nice experience. The lighting set the atmosphere. However, it made it difficult to read the menus. The waiter’s responses didn’t feel forced. Everything felt so smooth. I got a salmon dish which was excellent. The salmon had a delectable seasoning which I won’t forget. Unfortunately, the rice didn’t have much flavor of any seasoning. The broccoli was steamed nicely. Because of this place being popular, the parking availability isn’t great. We had to walk a ways and it was down pouring.
