The restaurant's ambiance is generally noted as nice and clean, though some felt the vibe was lacking due to a low lunch crowd. I have certain expectations when I eat at places that I would consider nicer, and specifically in the domain. I should enjoy this places food. I'll be honest I was underwhelmed. I won't say it was horrible, but I could've gotten better for half the price. I ordered the French dip. Jason's deli is better. The meat was over cooked and dry. The auju was in a small container I couldn't even fit my sandwich in. I will say the sweet potato fries were fantastic. The place looked really nice, and clean. The service was good. Want much of a lunch crowd, so the vibe was off. Don't think I'd go back

The service from staff was amazing. Seating is comfy. Food was delicious. Recommend their deviled eggs😋. Great for company or casual dinner. Naturally may get a little noisy when busy, so could be hard to hear each other speak. Other than that, totally recommend!

In visiting Paul Martin's on 3+ different occasions, it is a nice place to visit. Today's food and service wasn't the 5 star service that we've received before. Still a great place to go.

Service was perfect and the food was incredible. We started with Salt and pepper shrimp with a pesto aioli (the aioli was life changing). Shrimp was lightly friend to perfection. We had braised beef short ribs with mashed potatoes and I was raving about how tender the meat was for a week. My partner had the Steelhead Salmon teriyaki-glazed salmon, bok choy, with white rice. Both dishes were wonderful. The ambience was perfect for Valentine’s Day!!

Isaac our waitor was truly amazing he made our experience remarkable, he made sure we were taken care of and all our needs up to par, he's very kind funny and sweet, recommended our wine which was outstanding. The food is just absolutely amazing, the steaks came out to perfection! I recommend for dessert the buttery cake is a must try, my favorite dessert thus far! We had a wonderful time and will always come back for a relaxing romantic evening with my love.

The service was simply amazing. Thanks to Zach for doing a wonderful job in hosting us. The food is really good and the cocktails are worth drinking. The starters are amazing and very fulfilling. Very few vegetarian options but great non vegetarian food. The ambience is pretty vibrant. Never a dull moment. I liked the aura of the restaurant. Overall a great place to be.

Company event. Servers looked overwhelmed by food rollout and drink orders took forever. Food was great, steaks cooked to perfection.

I came in for their $17 sandwich and drink lunch special without a reservation, which you can make on open table (sorry!) I asked for a high top so I could work remotely and the host kindly sat me near a wall plug just in case. They offers a delightful dining experience that truly elevates classic American cuisine. From the moment you walk in, the polished, contemporary atmosphere makes you feel welcome and at ease. The restaurant’s decor strikes a perfect balance between elegance and comfort, with a refined aesthetic that sets the tone for a memorable meal. The menu showcases a commitment to quality, evident in every dish. Sourcing the highest quality ingredients is at the heart of their mission, and it shows. From the first bite, you can tell that the flavors are fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully combined. Whether you’re enjoying a perfectly cooked steak, a fresh seafood dish, or one of their seasonal specialties, the quality of the ingredients truly shines through. Happy hour is 3PM-7PM Sunday - Thursday and 2PM-5PM Friday & Saturdays. Service is another area where Paul Martin's excels, as I mentioned before. The staff is attentive without being overbearing, always ready to make recommendations or ensure your dining experience is going smoothly. Their hospitality elevates the meal, making each visit feel special and personal. Overall, Paul Martin's American Grill is more than just a meal – it's an experience. With its focus on quality ingredients, outstanding service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere, it’s a place where you can relax, unwind, and indulge in some of the best American cuisine around.
