From the moment we arrived, I could tell we were in for an upscale vibe. The restaurant looked fancy and even had an in wall fireplace, which was great to keep us warm while we took pictures. The hostesses were very friendly, and the waiter promised to take care of us and delivered on his promise. The manager also cared about our experience and quickly visited our table to greet us. Meanwhile, I had already decided I was happy enough to return and was eager to try as many selections as I could handle. Choosing this restaurant was an outstanding choice, and I am pleased to say I don't have any complaints, and I would definitely visit again as well as tell others.

Dining at Estância Brazilian Steakhouse was an unforgettable experience! The selection of meats was phenomenal—each cut cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The salad bar was equally impressive, offering fresh and diverse options to complement the meal. Our server, Mario, went above and beyond to make our evening special. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensured our glasses were always full. His friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout the night. If you’re looking for a top-notch Brazilian steakhouse with amazing food and exceptional service, Estância is the place to go!

Went there for lunch with a friend just to try the salad bar, which was around $16 per person for full salad bar access. The vibe was great, but this review is ONLY for the SALAD bar, not the meat. It was ok, some greens didn’t seem very fresh, and while there were different types of cheese, nothing stood out. They do serve fresh bread, which was really good, but I wouldn’t go back just for the salad bar.

Review for Estancia Brazilian Steakhouse – Austin, TX Estancia Brazilian Steakhouse in Austin delivered an absolutely unforgettable dining experience. From the moment I walked in, David and Juan provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail was perfect. I started with the salad bar, which was fresh, diverse, and beautifully presented—every bite a perfect prelude to the main event. The lamb chops, however, were the true star—melt-in-your-mouth perfection, expertly seasoned and cooked to absolute tenderness. Each bite was rich, flavorful, and satisfying in a way few meals ever are. To top it off, the Brazilian flan was the ideal ending—smooth, creamy, and just the right balance of sweetness. This meal easily ranks among the top five dining experiences of my life. If you’re in Austin and craving an authentic, high-quality Brazilian steakhouse experience, Estancia is an absolute must.

I’ve never been here besides Valentine’s Day so it might be different other times, but the tables were super close to one another. We asked to sit at a table on the outer edge for more space and privacy. Otherwise, we felt like we were dining with strangers. Seating aside, the staff were very accommodating and attentive. The team checked in regularly and made sure we were satisfied. The salad bar was good. Not something that blew our minds but definitely a good variety of salad and cheese. As for the food that came around, that was GOOD. We ate all the meat until we couldn’t anymore. All in all, it was a fun experience.

It was a great experience at Estancia as we went for my brother’s birthday. Since it was my first time there, we got a full briefing from the host and the food started showing up instantly. Do let me say the food was good but only a few dishes were worth getting more than once so don’t be shy and just ask for the one you want repeated.

Reggie is an incredible server! Wonderful attention to detail, always ensuring we were having the best dinner accompanied by food and drink. Come here for the fun drinks (including a smoked old fashioned drink cart) and stay for the amazing food and superb service. Cheers!

It’s been remodeled and restaurant has more of a light and open feel now. The bar is beautiful. It’s great service and fine dining experience. They’re very attentive to your needs. When I go for a Brazilian Churrasqueria, I have a strategy. It’s all you can eat so you need to pace yourself and best be selective. I like to go for lunch and I go with a purpose. I don’t mess around too much with the salad bar or dessert. I’m there for the meat. They have a card on table with a green and red side to indicate when you are ready to begin. Put it on green side and the party begins. My favorite cuts of meat in order are Picahna, rib eye, bottom sirloin, and filet mignon. Say yesssss. If you need a break, use the red side and have a sip of wine or Brazilian lemonade. Best lemonade I have ever had in my life. I mean you can’t go wrong with a caipirinha too. They also bring sides such as mashed potatoes, fried polenta, plantains and pan de queso. I love that cheesy puffed up popover looking bread they bring in a basket. I would be happy just eating that. If I could, I would empty the whole basket in my purse and later on during day have a little me moment and devour them in peace. After this meal, I gracefully stand up and roll out of there. I always ramble on about how much I ate and I can’t even walk🤣. The good thing is that I don’t need to have dinner.
