Great meal today. Went for Happy Hour and used a gift card so we decided to try lots of appetizers and dishes. Had way more than we needed but took some home. Always a great experience. Sat in the bar area and Ryan was outstanding as always.

A most amazing last minute New Year's Eve dinner. Excellent service team, incredible food, superfresh, perfect seasoning from appetizers, succulent sea bass & side dishes, incredible warm goat cheese salad, delicious unique cocktails, fantastic banana dessert. Beautiful restaurant, relaxing environment with a great view of the canyon. Can't wait to go back!

Eddie v's was amazing. We were celebrating our 31st Anniversary. Amazing food, atmosphere and a very friendly and polite waiter. I ate the Jumbo Gulf shrimp with Au Gratin cheddar potatoes. My husband had steak. The sides are shareable. We had a complimentary mousse cake that was so good. everything was amazing and we will definitely return.

We’ve eaten at Eddie V’s since it opened, only because we’ve been in this area for 46 yrs. It has never disappointed on any occasion. The food is phenomenal as is the service. I’ve always told my spouse there’s a huge difference between a waiter and a server in most restaurants. The ambiance is great, at least in the Arboretum area. Great wine and drink menu too. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, even dessert. If you want a great eating experience, I highly recommend them, you won’t regret it.

Chose Eddie V on the great reviews, did not disappoint. Service, food, atmosphere, all amazing. Lobster and steak were cooked perfectly, the blue cheese “crust” topper was different, but delightful. Server was very knowledgeable about all the items on the menu. Complimentary valet parking was a nice surprise.

It’s a nice place but I felt like I wasn’t blown away. The food was good, my steak was a little undercooked for medium rare but maybe that’s my fault for not specifically telling them that I want ed it cooked through but still red, it was raw after the brown crust. The bananas foster was great and my wife’s Chilean Sea Bass was excellent. The sides were good, we had the lobster mashed potatoes, the crab fried rice and the truffle Mac and cheese. The food seemed a little basic and limited however. I feel you pay these types of prices there should be a little flair, like a unique experience. I didn’t really see anything on the menu not otherwise available at say a red lobster. The service was excellent and attentive but the atmosphere was nothing really special. I happy to have tried it however and would certainly recommend it to those people looking for a higher end fine dining experience.
