Customer Review Summary

Dai Due serves an excellent and delicious burger with a tasty, fluffy bun and flavorful toppings. Reviewers praise the crispy boar flautas as the best they've ever had, complemented by fantastic sauce and slaw. While some find the prices pricey but expected for an upscale restaurant, others appreciate the unique menu options like wild boar carnitas and antelope skirt steak. On a busy night, service is accommodating, even without a reservation. Overall, many diners find the restaurant a top-notch destination with a unique atmosphere and quality food. The staff's service is highly regarded, although there were some critiques about the attentiveness of servers. Excellent and delicious burger. Bun was incredibly tasty and fluffy. It comes exactly how I like with pickles, onions, and jalapenos with cheddar. Knocks...pricey but expected at an upscale place. Jalapenos were not spicy and instead seemed pickled in something sweet which isn't my preference. I'm knit picking obviously, amazing overall. The crispy boar flautas for appetizer was by far the best flautas I ever had. The sauce and slaw it was paired with were phenomenal. Great spot!

Awesome service, even fit us in without a reservation on a busy night. Wild boar carnitas and antelope skirt steak were tasty and provided variety from your typical beef options. Watch out for the bourbon ice cream if you’re going dry!

Was really looking forward to this place but just didn’t live up to my expectations. And that might have been part of the problem. Went here for brunch. The tallow fries were good but over seasoned. The eggs were great but the sausage was burnt. The sourdough bread was amazing but it was also slightly over toasted and burnt. All in all I’ll definitely give it another try. But not an amazing first impression.

On a road trip. Never neen through Austin before. Kind of felt like getting bbq was too obvious a move. Wanted to check out the restaurant scene. This place is top notch. Recommended by a chef friend of mine. So damn good.

What an amazing experience we had last night! Every single one of the staff were absolutely incredible. The Chef is on another level! As they talked us through our enchanting meal I felt as though I was at possibly the best restaurant in Austin! It’s not just a place to eat it’s a place to go for a unique experience. Their wines are so good!!! They paired everything with absolute perfection. We cannot wait to go back. I don’t just recommend people go here… I’m here to tell them that you’re missing out big time if you pass this place up… This a must do destination! 👍🏼👍🏼💥💯👏🏼🙏🏼🎯

We really enjoyed this place from the atmosphere to the food and the service as well. The options were different and wonderful to experience something different! Next time, will have to get some meat to go. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars was because my husband wanted some coke or Dr. Pepper but only serve root beer here due to trying to stay local so it was understandable but missed. I still want to try that huge serving of ribs though yumm looked amazing!

Dai Due was an incredible experience! My partner and I love cooking and have a hard time finding a restaurant that delivers quality food. Dai Due did not fail to impress. This wagyu/antelope burger (ordered on sourdough) was mouth watering! Love that they source everything locally and can taste the love and care put into the meal! Julie was patient with us and very informative with all the questions we asked. We loved the atmosphere and will be coming back!

Pretty sure this is one of the best meals I’ve had. Great spot to celebrate an anniversary (like we did) or any other special occasion. I will say, there are some reviews left here about the service not being awesome, and I think I agree. Our server was nice enough, but we got the impression from them that we were a major inconvenience the whole time. The food though…unreal. I had the antelope.
