Staff was helpful and polite. Wait time on a Saturday night was only 10min. Food was good. It our daughters birthday and they brought out a free brownie and ice cream.

I had an amazing time at Tripps. I was advised by my hotel that this was one of the best local eateries in the area. I took my family there and I can say that they did not disappoint. Prior to going there, we reviewed the menu online and identified a lot of options. We got there and were presented with additional specials that we considered, as well. We settled on a delicious assortment - spring rolls, crab cakes, Thai chili shrimp, State Street Burger, and hand-breaded chicken tenders. Out of all of the choices we made, not one of them was a miss. The proportions of our entree options were MORE than enough. Our server was absolutely friendly and did her best in working with a very busy room. To top it off, we ordered a cheesecake that looked incredible, to say the least (with strawberry topping). It was enough to be shared amongst 2-3 people - if you were feeling generous. I definitely will keep this restaurant at the top of my list whenever I'm back in the area. This was a great experience!

First time here.....came with my mom to just celebrate life. Waitress, Tanya, was absolutely amazing. We had a lot in common with her but above all she provided excellent service. Appetizers, artichoke dip, was yummy along with steak. Parmasean crusted chicken and sides/salad was delicious as well. Facilities was clean, atmosphere was lively. A Lil pricey but is something different & worth trying. The dessert that we got I'd not recommend I think is it was the mocha pie, it was basically a slice off a block of ice-cream with cookie crumble on the bottom.

This is just a quality, very affordable steakhouse. The quality won't blow you away, but it's a great eat for your price and makes for comfortable, enjoyable dining. Nice pleasant atmosphere for a Monday night and the waitstaff was attentive. The kind of place you could easily go once a week and not regret the cost. The trio starter was good, the filet mignon and ribs satisfying.

I had a afternoon lunch with a friend today at Trips. The chili shrimp were great. Then I decided on crab cake Appetizer. They looked great a lot of crab. But they were barely room temperature. Very disappointed. 10 % in the restaurant. How can they not be hot. I don’t return food due to fear someone will screw with the food. Bartender was okay. I’ll try them again in another 5 years. My friend got flounder and shrimp. She was expecting a piece of flounder. It was 5 pieces of flounder? Step it up Tripps!!

I visited this restaurant for the first time. Regarding the food, I ordered the filet mignon with a baked potato topped with butter. The meal arrived promptly. Although I requested my steak well done, it was slightly salty and some parts were burnt, but overall it was tender. The baked potato was tasty, but there was an excess of butter. Despite this, I would consider returning with a few adjustments to my order. In terms of service, the waitress was excellent. She anticipated my needs without prompting, ensuring our glasses were refilled promptly. She checked on us multiple times, which was appreciated, especially compared to other places where it's difficult to find the waiter/waitress. Additionally, I found it impressive that she had numerous pens in her apron.

The family and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Tripps. Our server, Julia, was attentive, friendly, and professional. Julia helped me decide on an entree, which was the Ribs and Shrimp platter, and it was everything she said it would be! For a group of 4, the bill was just shy of $100.

Stopped in for a quick lunch after taking care of some business. I ordered a sandwich and salad with a lemon martini. My server was nice attentive as well as friendly. The wait time wasn't bad and the food was delicious. It was very relaxing to sit and enjoy lunch.
