Customer Review Summary
The atmosphere is bright and open but service can be lacking. Some dishes, like the butternut squash soup and filet mignon, received praise for their flavor. Lobster and shrimp spring rolls were disappointing. Reservations were handled well, and some servers provided excellent service. Non-alcoholic drink options were appreciated, although vegetarian dishes were criticized for a lack of protein. Attentiveness of staff was noted positively, especially during brunch services. Diners enjoyed various entrees, including shrimp & grits and crab cakes, with some desserts being standout items. Overall, the dining experience was praised, although it had its flaws, with many expressing a desire to return.

The atmosphere is open and bright. Not great or attentive service. Has the butternut squash soup and beef and lentil soup. It was very good. The lobster and shrimp spring rolls were highly recommended but I didn’t care for them. The sauce was not authentic and the stuffing inside was too much filling and not much lobster or shrimp. We had the special of filet minion with crab and shrimp on top. It was delicious and tender. The arugula salad in the side was okay, the dressing was very tangy. Probably wouldn’t recommend or come back.

The restaurant was great, we had a reservation, we walked right in and were seated. Our server Te was absolutely an angel. The only thing that I didn't like was the samosas. I felt like they missed the spot. Other than that, the food was pretty good. I highly recommend the cauliflower appetizer it was sublime. They had three non alcoholic cocktail options and a few NA Beers and Wine. We got two of the mocktails, and the citrus one was truly amazing. Two things that I didn't love. When they say vegetarian options are available, they mean you order an entree and get no protein, just the side vegetables. Which led to some issues with the vegetarian at the table. They already have cauliflower and other items on the menu that are vegetarian. It just made no sense to me that there isn't a more robust vegetarian entree. The other thing was that one of the bussers was slightly judgey about someone using a steak knife for the grilled chicken. We only had butter knives on the table. So when the steak knives went around, it only made sense to grab a real knife. Otherwise, it was a lovely dining experience, and we will be going back. We really enjoyed the experience.

My husband and I went for our anniversary. We arrived early and were seated immediately. Hostess wished us happy anniversary. Staff were very attentive. Food and drinks were amazing. Will be returning.

Wonderful brunch on Sunday during the Folk Festival. We arrived several minutes before opening and resolved to sit outside and wait. But, the host opened the door, invited us in for coffee while we waited for the kitchen to open. The coffee was excellent. My friend ordered French toast and a side of scrambled eggs. I didn't try any, but he said it was amazing. I had the shrimp & grits and can confirm they were amazing. Not overly spiced, just wonderfully creamy grits, sauteed shrimp, and a delightful remolaude. The biscuits were small, but excellent, and presented in a basket and wrapped in linen like the precious cargo they are! Our waiter was perfectly attentive without being intrusive. My coffee was refilled right on time, each time. Same with water. The overall experience far exceeded expectations.

Wow! Definitely a hidden gem. I started with the coconut green curry for my appetizer. It was pretty good. The chili sauce added some nice heat to it. I had their crab cake for the main course with garlic and thyme potatoes and a small salad with a house vinaigrette. The crab cake was amazing. Dense but soft with a nice crispy outside, and great flavor. The lemon caper spread was a perfect pairing. The potatoes were underwhelming. Could have use some more flavor, or a nice dipping sauce maybe, but they were cooked perfect. The salad was nice and crisp, and the dressing had great flavor. For dessert I had their berry bread pudding and it was really good. Muffin style with a nice crispy top and soft inside, with a delicious caramel drizzle. Perfect way to end the meal.

Score! Another great one in Greensboro! Thank you google reviewers for leading us here! We had a great experience as they bring classics like a pulled pork sandwich to life! Fried chicken was amazing as was everything else. Emily, who was close to ending her shift paid full attention to us ensuring we had the perfect glass of wine to walking us through the entrees!

Upscale restaurant, with great food options. I sat at the bar and had an opportunity to talk with the bartenders while I had the catfish special. I looked online and wanted to set a reservation and it was full for Saturday night and Sunday night but if you walk in at a reasonable hour, there was definitely seating available. Highly recommend.

Oh wow! I went looking for a good spinach salad and they delivered! I also got the cauliflower! Yummy! They are not dog friendly but when I called to make my reservation the manager was so nice that when I arrived he had a baggie of dog food for my Bruno! The atmosphere was very quiet and flow. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good variety of food and a relaxing atmosphere! Thanks again!
