Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Greensboro offers excellent service and delicious, perfectly cooked food. We enjoyed our Christmas dinner with attentive, cordial staff and a refined yet comfortable atmosphere—elegant but not too quiet. The experience was amazing, and I highly recommend it.

Although a bit late, my wife and I would be remiss not to acknowledge Ian and Nada for creating a beautiful, private engagement experience for us back in June. Ian worked with me (groom) to plan and was more than willing to accommodate from day one. He even added a personal touch with candles and a heart-shaped pattern on our table. Nada, our server, was exceptional and was gracious enough to be our ad-hoc photographer. Thank you Ian for your help and professionalism. Nada, thank you for your kindness and for capturing photos we otherwise would not have! We cannot fail to mention the cooking staff. The meal was excellent and they were mindful of my food allergies. AMAZING. Darrick K. Was our server he did an outstanding job! He was extremely attentive and helpful! Great food, great drinks, great service, great everything. Came here for my b day and everyone was so nice. The manager even came out to ask how everything was. Defiantly coming back at some point.

This was my first time going to a Ruth's Chris and I was absolutely delighted with my experience. I came in for the thanksgiving meal by myself and had Deanna as my server. She was so sweet and so helpful and really helped make my solo thanksgiving amazing. The food was good and I had such a lovely time. I'll have to come back soon and try the steak!

My husband surprised me with an engagement here six years ago (Photo included first ) and not only did they make it incredibly memorable then, but tonight we went for our four year wedding anniversary and they made it incredibly memorable tonight too. I walked into a gorgeous bouquet of pink roses and a specially decorated table as well as a note custom sent from my husband. They surprised us with champagne And strawberries and an anniversary dessert to boot! Not only was the service perfect(Taylor was our waitress and happened to be getting married soon as well so she made it special in her own way) but the food was perfect as well…as per usual. I ordered the petite fillet with lobster, asparagus, and a baked potato, and my husband ordered the roast chicken, cream spinach, and sweet potato casserole. The drinks were great as well, and the whole experience truly couldn’t have been better. Our food was cooked perfectly, and also Taylor made sure to check with the chef that no food included onions or garlic, which is an allergy and incredibly appreciated from us. The staff came around personally after our meal was closing and congratulated us too, including the servers and food runners, which made it even more special. I worked in a Ruth’s Chris years ago, (another location) so more or less I’m accustomed to the extremely high standards of the company and excellent experience as well. But I always saw it from the perspective of the staff. I highly recommend if you’re planning a surprise proposal, anniversary, celebration, or any other special event, you make reservations here and notify them so they can make it as special for you too. Trust me it’s even better from the perspective of the beneficiary!

When I first got my plate I got the wrong type of steak they forgot my Mac n cheese. Then when it was time to go found out they ran out of bags for To go plates. Other than that it was amazing. I feel like the sweet potato dish in the restaurant you got more an this is how mines look when I got it to go but delicious. Crab cakes was good as well cheesecake as well.

The sides range from creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, and Brussels sprouts. The steaks were extremely great, cooked to perfection. The lamb chops were fresh, hot, juicy, and really good flavor. The creamed spinach was just ok. The Brussels sprouts on one dish was good, and the other dish was slightly disappointing. The crab cakes were very tasty as well. Overall it was just ok.
