honestly not too bad, i enjoyed the bread rolls. i asked for a medium-ish steak and it was a little more well done in some parts, but the flavor was nice and the broccoli and mashed potatoes were fine :) the baked potatoes were eh, could take or leave them. a little dry overall and the cheese didnt really add much servers were nice and accommodating

We waited for over 20 minutes to be seen by the server. Then there were no rolls. They forgot my salad. And my medium steak came out extra rare. No thank you. Go to Texas Roadhouse.

Walked in and went to host standing at the table. He just looked at us and didn’t say a word, so we just said “2!”He grabbed menus and started walking so we followed. Never said a word, not a welcoming invite. We waited at least 10 minutes for anyone to come to the table. We made sure to be ready to order to streamline things in case service would be lacking. Rolls and drinks were brought out and were good. The waitress was at least nice! My side Caesar came out and it had no flavor at all and had a lot of the low down root of Romain that’s too tough to even eat or want to eat. My steak I ordered medium rare and received it well done! My girlfriends salad was good though as an entree. We’d come back if close and needing something conveniently and just set expectations accordingly per our experiences.

This place is a typical American experience. Looks like get in a movie! Love the vibe and the decoration. We visited twice and the service wasn’t a great service: they bring the food and drinks fast but they are not so kind. Relate to food, you will not regret to be here: the bread they give by courtesy is unbelievable and the ribs are the best in Greensboro. We really love and probably will came back a lot because of it. The only thing that I didn’t like is the cleanest specially on the bathroom. They really should take care of the cleaning.

All of the comments with just 5 stars and no comment are fake and probably employees because if not this place would have abysmal reviews!! This is the worse dining experience I’ve had in awhile. I should’ve read the reviews before coming because it seems that bad service and food is a running theme of this place. We made a reservation for 6, they didn’t seat us until around 6:45! We had to ask three times when we’ll be seated. We had to sit by the cooler case with the raw steaks in it and listen to kitchen staff curse at each other. Once we were FINALLY seated we went literally had go to the bar and order our own drinks because we had no idea where our server went. It took 10 more mins to get WATERS. It was FREEZING in the dining room. There was a cool breezing coming through. We all had to eat with our coats on. We asked our server to turn up the heat. It remained freezing cold throughout our entire meal. When we finally got our food orders were wrong, food was bland, no seasonings, no taste. We all had to use salt and pepper on everything! It was a terrible mess.The only thing good was the cinnamon butter and that probably comes premade. I’ll NEVER come back here. I added a photo to show this comment is real and I’m typing it as I sit in the dining room. That’s how bad it is! I’m going to Texas Roadhouse. Buh-Bye!!!

My food was amazing. We ordered the loaded potato skins for appetizer and I had grilled 10 oz salmon with broccoli. The service was great. My waitress was very friendly. Our potato skins came out overcooked and I politely asked the waitress if we could get some that were not overcooked. They brought out some more and they were just right. Great service and great food. My salad and main course was cooked to perfection.
