About Ginza Steakhouse - steak house in Greensboro, North Carolina
Customer Review Summary
Ginza Steakhouse offers good prices and generous portion sizes. However, food quality varies; some dishes like the chicken tend to be overcooked or dry. The udon soup lacks seasoning, while the side salad is mostly dry lettuce with ranch dressing. Service can be quick and efficient, making it suitable for lunch breaks. The atmosphere can be stuffy and the cleanliness in the restroom has been criticized. Customer service experiences vary, with some staff being described as rude. Despite mixed reviews, many patrons appreciate the affordability and taste compared to larger hibachi restaurants.

Eh. Best thing I have to say about this place is their prices are good. I got tempura chicken strips, vegetable udon soup and cream cheese wontons. The chicken was a bit overcooked/dry, and the wontons were.. okay. The udon soup was food but lacking seasoning. This place was not bad, but also not great, which was disappointing as i wanted to support this local business more. The side salad was the worst. Literally just dry shredded lettuce and a side container of ranch, nothing else.

They were quick and efficient on my lunch break. Chicken hopefully was all the way cooked, but it was questionable. I should be okay. Rice was only slightly dry, nothing a little white sauce couldn’t fix. Love the soup. Atmosphere leaves some to desire and it was stuffy in there today as it is almost 70 but only February. A fan or properly adjusted AC would have been thoughtful. Not very cordial, but I got what I came for which was a quick lunch including tea for only about $10! Ordered med rare steak and chicken. Did not have hot oil. They got me in and out within 30 minutes which I really appreciate.

This place is just sitting out there and you're missing out! It's a small tidy place with 10-12 tables seating at most 48 - 52 seatings available. All very close to each other for server to take care of you. I got here for lunch and for $10 after taxes (before tipping) for my Lunch portion of hibachi Steak and chicken that comes with rice, mix veggies, and tea with an option side that comes with soup or salad. I got the salad quick. While munching on that. My entree came out a few minutes after. It was simple, but cleaned and fresh! Plenty of ginger dressing on it. The entree portion for the lunch was generous! I was in and out in 20 minutes! I was super happy and full! 😁 Comparing this to the bigger hibachi table restaurants. This is the clear winner due to its pricing and taste! I only spent $10 for all of that! Other important notes: parking is Gravel/ dirt open lot. The curb is for employees and pick ups! Don't recommend parking here for dine-in! The path is through back of the building on a seperate road that you follow after turning left into the Plaza and left again on a small road onto the gravel. Pictures and vids of the place and updated menu here!

Got my order to go. Went to restroom and it was disgusting. Had not been cleaned in who knows how long. Smelled terrible. I ordered the sesame chicken. The majority of it was tough and chewy. I could not finish it. Best part was the salad which was nothing more than ginger dressing and lettuce. Overpriced for the quality of food.

been eating their for years always been great food and service until recently one server they have i’ll assume is the daughter or something is rude as all get out. was in the back talking mess and came back like i didn’t hear her talking about me/mocking me and just a straight up rude person. needs to find a different job if she’s gonna act like that towards customers.

I don't care too much for the new lady up front. A customer was in front of me she paid handed her her order she left. I get to the counter paid for my food she turns around point to the table then walks off 😒. I like the lady that's been there for years better

To tell the truth, though it was sketchy place. But when I enter it was pretty decent. I order chicken and steak($15) it was a lot of portion. I can’t believe it so delicious.
