The staff, particularly servers like Sarah and Arie, received high praise for their friendliness and professionalism. Food quality is generally excellent, with standout dishes such as the Blackened Chicken Omelette, Corned Beef Hash, and unique cocktails like the seasonal apple pie margarita. I enjoyed it all! The food was delicious! The service was great! We had a large party and the server was amazing! The food presentation was great! Tara responded to my email and got us reserved! I have no complaints! Shawn and Tara made it happen! The pancakes had a nice crisp and the shrimp and grits cakes was different and very well seasoned! The atmosphere is relaxing and I love the decor! Thank you so much for getting us in! The chef was awesome! I highly recommend and I will be back!

*Positive experience but skip to bottom to see why I won’t return* — I arrived at noon on a Saturday for brunch as my date chose here. I had been here before for a Yelp Event. I was excited to see what brunch would be like. Once inside, we were promptly seated. Service: 5/5 -At 12:02, Sarah came over to start us off & brought us waters. She said that our waiter was doing something & would be with us. She planned to take our drink orders but we weren’t ready. -Our waiter, Johlaun, came at 12:09. He gave a spill about the restaurant $ how things are cooked & prepared, noting everything is made fresh, which may result in delayed timing for food. -We ordered mimosa flight at 12:11 with orange juice, pineapple, blood orange, & cranberry. It came at 12:17 -At 12:27, waiter brought over complimentary muffins -We ordered entrees when mimosas arrived. I got the hen & bread w/ a side of hashbrowns. My date got the chicken biscuit w/ a side of grits. The entrees came at 12:52; on 35 minutes after ordering. -After we paid & got containers, I wanted a to go cup. I didn’t see our waiter so I stopped Sarah who cheerfully got me one. I must note that Sarah was SO FRIENDLY & welcoming. Her attitude, helpfulness, and vibes were so amazing! Food Quality/Taste: 4/5 -Muffins: They were tasty & had a small crunch to them, which wasn’t bad, even though I was initially expecting it to be soft. -Mimosas: They were tasty with a good balance of juice & champagne -Hen + Bread: I was hesitant about this since the chicken is marinated in Texas Pete & I’m not a hot sauce guy. While the chicken wasn’t spicy, I could taste the Texas Pete. It wasn’t overwhelming but noticeable. The honey glaze on top was nice & helped to offset the Texas Pete. I wished the chicken was a crisper than what it was. No complaints with the waffle. -Biscuit & Grits: My date enjoyed their food w/ no complaints. They said it was “great”. -Hashbrowns: They were delicious, both dipped in ketchup & without. Presentation: 4/5 -Mimosa flight: They came on a nice board with labels; Most places don’t do this, so it was great. -Muffins: Small, crisp top, with powdered sugar; After we both ate one, we noticed a piece of hair on the plate. I looked back at the picture I took & noticed it was there BEFORE we grabbed one. I opted not to bring to attention of waiter since it was complimentary as wasn’t directly touching the muffins. Regardless, it was not a pleasant sight. -Hashbrowns: Presented as breakfast potatoes, but it was fine. It was a generous portion. -Entrees: Plated averagely Ambiance & Cleanliness: 5/5 -It was an inviting atmosphere; well-decorated and clean -The chairs are different & w/ some not comfy. My original chair was very uncomfortable & I asked to switch it. My request was granted. -The music selection was great. It could’ve been turned up a couple notches though. -Restrooms are for anyone; The door can lock for privacy. The restrooms were clean & smelled nice. Value for Money: 4/5 -The mimosa flight was $16. That was expensive for the small amount of mimosa we got, in my opinion -The size of the biscuit ($17) & grits ($7) was HUGE! However, it was a $3 up-charge to simply add cheese to the grits… -I saw a waitress take a pancake to another take it was also HUGE. -I think a side should be included with the entrees, even if that means *slightly* increasing the price of entree -Overall, we actually didn’t finish because we got full. Overall Experience: 4/5 -Pretty good experience. The cocktails are little pricey & the hair on the plate was not good. The staff were friendly w/ good food. I would’ve liked to return but will not be (see below) =26/30 — *I was disappointed to see the owner, Tara, responding to customers reviews defensively & unprofessionally. As a Yelp Elite & Google Reviewer, I support local businesses, but I cant support one that handles feedback this way. These were missed opportunities to make things right. If I saw the responses earlier, I wouldve told my date to pick elsewhere. Tara, please work on your responses*

Cutest little spot in downtown Greensboro! Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere + vibe of this place. Staff was super friendly. They did notify our table due to everything being freshly prepared, we should expect a longer than typical wait for our food. I really appreciated them setting the expectation upfront. ❤️ The seasonal apple pie margarita was to die for. Pure genius in a glass. I ordered the swim + run. (I did ask for my sauce on the side. Just personal preference.) Perfectly prepared and was a perfect portion. Will definitely be adding this to the date night rotation!

If there were a 10 star option that's what they would get from me. We have been monthly for almost 6 months and everytime I'm blown away more than the last. The food is some of the best I've ever had absolutely fantastic. I cannot say enough about the staff they are some of the kindest most fun humans to spend an evening with. The brown butter old fashion is the best I've ever had and the bar staff is wonderful. We have gone with friends who have dietary restrictions and they have gone above and beyond to make sure their experience is exceptional. If you can eat at the chef bar I can't recommend enough it is in my opinion the best restaurant experience in GSO. This is just a great local restaurant run by a fantastic local family what could be better than that? 10 stars, no notes!

A fantastic spot for brunch in Greensboro! We made reservations and we were seated right away. Bright, spacious, and open dining area with an eclectic design style. Our server was excellent and super attentive. A true professional. She gave us the backstory of the restaurant and a rundown on their menu, letting us know if they were out of any items. We ordered the Blackened Chicken Omelette and the Corned Beef Hash. While we waited, we were given some very small corn muffins that were so decadently sweet and yummy! The Blackened chicken omelette was great and their house hot sauce went very well with it. The corned beef hash is amazing. They make the corned beef in-house and it is delicious! The cocktail Summer Ode was super tasty. I opted for an Americano coffee which was very good. Highly recommend this spot for great food and great service!

I loved this restaurant. My server Arie was so wonderful, kind, and helped me understand the menu. She gave us a cute history of the restaurant and explained that everything is farm to table and prepared from scratch when you order. I definitely suggest going right when they open to avoid long wait times for your food. The meal was affordable. My sister got the mimosa flute which she said was very tasty. She also got the grit cakes, and I got the hen & bread (aka chicken and waffles). I’m a vegetarian so they substituted a fried oyster mushroom for the chicken and it was great. My niece had the cille pancake (size of a plate) with some scrambled eggs and bacon. The atmosphere is great but the seating is kind of tight. For four people you will be sitting elbow to elbow. But it’s worth it! Definitely eat here!

Wife and I had date night here. The vibes were great (music playlist A+). The story behind the restaurant and quality of ingredients had us hoping for the best…and they delivered! The filet, short ribs, oysters, wings and rice pudding desert ALL amazing. Portion sizes were good. We don’t drink so we were really excited about the mocktail list they had. All three of those we had were really good too. We’re planning to go back here for my wife’s birthday dinner. Can’t recommend enough!

'Cille and 'Scoe has quickly become a favorite place for my husband and I. We have been for brunch several times and just recently joined them for dinner. There are so many things I appreciate and love about this place: - The story behind 'Cille and 'Scoe. - Food is farm to table and freshly made. The food is priced fairly for what it is. You don't get this fresh of ingredients everywhere. - They cook their food in butter or avocado oil aside from items in the fryer (understandably). - It is very obvious a lot of thought goes into the menu options, and everything we have ordered has been absolutely incredible. - They have a mocktail menu for people like me who don't drink. This allows me to enjoy an exceptional meal and a crafted drink. - When I eat here, I am supporting a wonderful family, local farmers, and an excellent staff. The list could go on and on. If you're even considering eating here, please just go. You will not be disappointed! We have loved everything we have been served and have made this place a regular stop for us.
