I went here for my birthday. I hadn't been since my birthday in 2016. It was delicious and a wonderful experience. I had enough food for dinner the next night. Ommmmggg the plum wine is absolutely amazing! I could drink the ENTIRE bottle. 😆

Came here for a birthday dinner. It wasn't my first time here but I usually have a decent time. The food was pretty good tonight as the steak and scallops didn't disappoint. Our chef and server were courteous and efficient and we enjoyed their service overall.

Great place to go. Love how you can watch everything being cooked in front of you. A little on the pricey side, but the food is worth it. Plan on at least an hour to an hour and a half to eat. You do share the grill/table area with others unless you have a big party like 9 people. The atmosphere is nice and the service is great. Our server was very attentive. I highly recommend them and the steak and definitely the shrimp.

If you want top notch Japanese food , this is your place , quality meat (you can taste it) and cooking in front of you makes it that much better. Not one thing bad to say about this place except you will eat yourself miserable! . If you haven't been to arigatos . U need to go tommarow.

The food was good. Pretty standard. I didn't care for the fact that they cut the shrimp in half and then split that amongst the table. I ordered steak and shrimp with additional scallops, I would've liked to get my shrimp, whole. The scallops seemed pretty cut as well. Very thin. Maybe I'm just spoiled from living in Myrtle Beach but I've never seen such thin scallops before. The drinks took over 10 min to get to the table (including water). They also (on the menu) list additional sauces at a cost! I assume (with most other Japanese steakhouses I've been to) as much as I'm spending on the meal, it would be nice to not be charged additionally if I want more sauce than is given. With those disappointing things listed...the food was good. Scallops were cooked to perfection and so flavorful! The soup was surprisingly excellent for a house clear broth soup.

I loved this place it was really nice !! Our waitress was adorable and sweet, always cracking jokes amd refilling our waters and asking questions. The cooking was a little dead, but it was fun, I could tell the chef was aggravated with the people sitting with us since they were being picky and rude to him. But that happens sometimes, people are rude. I had a great time and the atmosphere was perfect!!

This was my 1st time eating here. The experience with the cook cooking right in front of us was nice. The food was fresh and hot. They have great adult beverages at the bar with good prices. My son made reservations and we were on time but we didn't get seated until a half hour later, other than that I would recommend this place to friends and family. Please make a reservation, if you don't the wait can be way longer than expected. They always have a crowd.

I enjoyed the experience. We have been going there for around 30 years, They have not remodeled in that time. The food is good. We continue to go back.
