We, a party of three, entered and stood waiting a bit before being acknowledged and escorted to our seats. We ordered 2 for $28 and a burger. The bucket drinks from the bar were good. The only thing that was tasty for the evening. While waiting for our food, we witnessed a possible supervisor walking around asking everyone in the restaurant if they ordered what she had in her hands. The food made the rounds and ended at the right table cold. The boneless buffalo wings and lime fiesta chicken were salty. Too salty to even eat. The rib tips were the only thing that we ate . We lodged a complaint and they did offer to change our dish but didn't want to chance it. With this experience, we won't be visiting another Applebee's 😕. All in all, the atmosphere was good but not enough to warrant my return.

Worst dining experience we have ever had! We went to celebrate our grandsons first birthday….Took an hour for kids food to come out. It was like warm at best. Took 20 minutes after that for the first adult entrees to come out…. And mine took 20 minutes after that. 1 plate was wrong. My steak came out burnt (it was the last plate to come out) potatoes were cold broccoli was cold…. Steak was so tough I couldn’t cut it, when I finally did get it cut there was a thick slab of fat in the middle of it. Over 2 hours later we finally left… pretty bad when you go out to eat and leave to hit up a fast food restaurant to actually get edible food! Do better Applebee’s. Only positive was they did end up taking the steak and the wrong pasta dish off the bill… but only after offering a coupon for our next visit and free dessert that we refused. Your kitchen couldn’t get their stuff together for this meal…. There won’t be a 2nd visit!!!

Horrible experience. Online delivery has always been good but we decided to visit for Mother's Day and for my husband birthday. Hubby ordered 8 oz sirloin and I ordered 8 oz sirloin and shrimp. My steak was tiny. Both our plates were filthy and hideous looking. The only plate that looked ok was my friend loaded chicken. We complained to Tracy the manager who claimed they weigh the steak and that's how its cut and the plates bump together as to why they dirty. Hubby had bbq sauce on the side and bottom of his plate Mine looked like they used an old plate to throw that on. All food returned. We just paid for the drinks though we shouldn't had to due to the inconvenience and wait. Awful. Here's an old order from a year ago with an actual 8 ounce compared to the mess they tried to sell me attached to this review. Wasn't worth $20. Only thing that made this pleasant was the nice waitress Michelle S who had to work on her birthday. She told us how the cook and others dont listen to her on presentation. Well these pictures shows the lack thereof. First 2 pics are the delivery order a year ago versus the plates inside we sent back.. They should be ashamed of themselves.

My Sissy and I had a ball. Seriously! The staff was amazing 🤩 and the food was good. You know we had to get a couple blue 💙 margaritas 😀. That just sent us over the top. We had to squeeze in a sister's day trip. Shopping 🛍️ and food and The Apple 🍎 just ended our day with a banger. Thanks 🙏❤️ you guys. We must do this again soon.

My husband Mikal Sanders went here yesterday to get two bacon cheeseburger meals with fries and drinks. It took them about 5 minutes before they even talked to him and then finally when he got the pick up order he had walked half way out of the parking lot before deciding to check food and it was completely the wrong food. It had the right ticket stapled on the bag but wrong food. He went back and they took the food and it said they would remake the food and give him a refund. They said it would take 10 minutes but actually took around 20 and they never initiated the refund. When we finally got the food, the fries were stale and was only 2 packs of mayo and ketchup. Wtf. The sweet tea was unsweetened. Will not go back to this place except to see where the hello our refund is.

A group of friends and myself visited last night (11/20/24) after we got done with Bible Study. We arrived to the restaurant at 11pm (they close at midnight). Our intentions were not to be there past midnight because we wanted to respect the time. We figured because it was only 5 people in the restaurant at the time it should be a smooth transition. If I could give 0 stars I would. From the moment our party walked in we weren’t greeted and it took a while before someone even came to acknowledge us. After waiting for sometime a lady playing music from her phone came and sat us. She came back after 5 minutes and we told her we needed a little more time (like 2-3 minutes). She didn’t come back to the table until 30 minutes later (there’s only 2 other people in the restaurant by this time because folks are beginning to leave) When she came back to the table, she then began rushing us to give her our orders and made sure that we knew we shouldn’t have come to dine in. Her exact words were “y’all knew better” “if it was me I wouldn’t have come in”. I didn’t appreciate the comments or the fact “Set it Off by Boosie (the explicit version)” was playing from her back pocket out of her phone speakers. After receiving our food, she began speaking with her coworkers about our party and how she needed a break. If you’re going to negatively talk about someone on the job (which is extremely unprofessional) at least be discreet about it. Overall I give the service -10/0, the food was decent though.

When we walked in the door the lady at the bar finally greeted us and then finally someone came to seat us. We had water and it took forever to get it. We had been there 25 minutes before the water was served (that should have told me to leave). When we got our plates we had to ask a waitress walking by to send our waitress out because we didn’t have silverware. She went and got it for us herself! Well, then my knife was dirty so my husband gave me his. I had to ask for my fries and my husband had to ask for his slaw. My ribs were burned so black that they were hard. I thought the ribs didn’t have any meat on them but it was because they were turned into charcoal. They put hot bbq sauce on them so I wouldn’t notice. I told the waitress that they were so hot I couldn’t eat them (this was before I realized how burned they were) and all she said was oh I’m sorry. Why didn’t she get the manager? This was a really bad experience and we won’t be back. I heard another man behind us also complaining. When we got ready to leave I said to him “we won’t be back” and he said so your food was horrible too? He told us that his waitress told them that the manager was the one cooking. And there were very few people in the restaurant so no excuse!
