Outback Steakhouse

Myself and my husband went for date night. It was his first time going to outback. We got in and the restaurant was pretty full we were sat down at this little tight table near the cash register. Our server was sweet, but she did not check in on us at all. We needed napkins, ketchup, refills, and she consistently passed our table without checking in. I ordered the chop steak and it didn’t look right. I asked to get a burger and fries instead. The burger was good. The restrooms at the time of my visit weren’t clean, but I was able to go in and wash my hands. Was hoping for a better experience.

It had been a month or so since my wife and I had gone out for supper. Jack was our server and he did not disappoint,.... this young man was spot on in serving my wife and I supper !!!! We were not just a number at a table. He made sure we had everything in a timely fashion,... EVERYTHING was prepaired perfectly,.... compliments to the kitchen staff!! I was able to speak to the manager as well and she was very greatful for the compliments about Jacks service,.... I wish I could remember her name,... very professional!!!....Happy to spend my hard earned money at places like this where everyone works together!!! Kudos OutBack !!! Keep this team together!!!

Just had dinner at Outback and had to shout out our server, Laney. She was so sweet and took care of us like we were family. Food was solid, steak was cooked just right, but Laney’s vibe and attention made the whole night. If you go, ask for her!

The restaurant was pretty empty my dad took me and my daughter to eat for his birthday te day after the snow and my dad being older and hard of hearing and grumpy got loud with the server. And instead of the server being profitable and just doing his job. He got louder and ruder back. My dad was in the wrong for getting loud but the server was ridiculous arguing back the way he did. I used to wait tables for years when I was younger and you are always going to have customers that may be difficult. But that is the job you choose. If you can't handle this it may not be the job for you. But then on top of that the manager was told about it and did nothing. The server loudly told him the situation and he never came by to apologize about the situation. He did however end up bringing us all our food and drinks. But we waited way too long for it. And had to get up and ask for refills. It was very unprofessional and it just sucked. I really wanted to have a good meal and ask them to sing happy birthday.

The texture was tougher than expected, and the desired pink center was nowhere to be found. Also, the service was a bit slow. Considering the price, the experience at Outback was overall okay, falling somewhere in the middle ground. It wasn’t exceptional, but it wasn’t terrible either.

However, the last two times we have gone in the Coconut Shrimp which my wife gets with her meal has overcooked and rubbery. The steaks do not seem to be the portion size they claim, they are tougher than they used be, and have been not been cooked correctly both times. The only two things that seem that are still good are the Bloomin Onion and the salad. If i was you I would skip Outback and go to one of the other steak restaurants in town.

The bartender was our server and she was awesome! Got our orders perfect which is not normal since we have a few modifications due to our diet. Love this location
