LongHorn Steakhouse

This was by far one of the most disgusting and disappointing experiences ever. Every thing was going pretty good our waitress was really nice. Every thing was going really smooth actually until we found a little roach running in our loaded potato I swear at first I had to second guess what I was looking at. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I immediately wave down one of the waiters let them know they grab the manager for me that tried to make it seem like I was wrong and was in disbelief. When she saw it she said “that’s a gnat” no ma’am gnats have wings this is literally a baby roach. She asked if we wanted a new plate made, we said no. She barely apologized between her teeth still not believing it. Said “I will write it off your check” as she was walking away I saw her mash the roach still on the plate. It took our waiter a good 10 minutes to come around to ask if we needed anything and apologize (we know it’s not her fault). The manager was so nonchalant about the whole situation she never came back to our table you would think she would have found ways to remedy the problem at that point we didn’t even finish eating we just wanted to go. Even though we left more than half our food some of us left it all. We still paid gave the waitress a good tip(she was nice, it wasn’t on her I guess). Be careful with your food I will never go back and I will make sure DPH knows about this I have a live picture and my receipt just in case they deny it. NEVER AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN!

Decided to stick with a classic & they did not disappoint. My fiancé & I shared an appetizer + entree which was plenty of food! The steak was cooked perfectly and the spinach dip was delicious. I tried their Dragonfruit Margarita which was definitely the star of the show!! It was AMAZING & I also got the long pour which turned out to be almost 3-4 cups! They also serve bread which is always warm & delicious!

Decided to stick with a classic & they did not disappoint. My fiancé & I shared an appetizer + entree which was plenty of food! The steak was cooked perfectly and the spinach dip was delicious. I tried their Dragonfruit Margarita which was definitely the star of the show!! It was AMAZING & I also got the long pour which turned out to be almost 3-4 cups! I really liked how well staffed they were and served customers promptly. Our waiter was very thorough and the food was tasty. The Atmosphere was one of medium but not too low lighting with a large variety of table sizes, booths and bar. This is a good restaurant with a big menu if you are a steak eater. Although I am not, my salad was very very good!

I went to today for carry out the new York strip I received had a massive piece of silver skin which makes it almost impossible to chew on it everything else was ok they was slammed but the butchering and the prep of the steak is done before the order was taken the worker are very welcoming and friendly and due to the storm and Uber orders they are getting slammed which I respect them for that am not made about the service just wished to have a 28 dollar steak without silver skin on it

My wife and I had an excellent meal last night and had a spectacular waiter (Lee). Steak salad, 8oz Renagade, loaded baked potato, salad, and wild west shrimp was prepared spot on!!!. It is refreshing to be in a resterant where employee's enjoy serving others. I spoke to the manager about this 5 star service and he was very pleasant to talk to as well. Kudo's Athens Longhorns!!!

The chips that come with the dip are very good. Our waitress was very nice.
