Flama Brazilian Steak House

After running a quick errand we stopped by Flama hoping to get a table. It was 7pm on a Friday night, not a car in the lot. Which worried us, however we tried it anyway. We are so glad we did, the food was so good, you can eat as much as you want. It’s a buffet, but doesn’t feel like one of those large chain buffets. The staff was very nice and attentive. We just discovered this place, hopefully it sticks around.

Great price for what you get. Owner is so nice and makes the meat SO good. It also seems like really good quality food. There is also a side bar full of different items and dressings. I would definitely recommend. Great place for dates and families. Will definitely be coming back.

I had my 50th birthday celebration with 25 guests. Flama did an outstanding job. The price was reasonable, the food was exceptional the service was incredible. We truly had a wonderful time. Very professional establishment and authentic Brazilian cuisine, so please.

My husband and I just went here for Valentine's Day and had a wonderful time. We’ve never been here before and decided to try it out. The food is amazing, the staff was all friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was fun. Food is all you can eat, $30 per person, minus dessert and drinks. A really great deal for what you get. While we were eating my husband told me we’ve found his new favorite restaurant. He couldn’t stop smiling as he ate because the food was really that good. You walk up and order your meat directly from the grill so there were no concerns about it sitting out. The grill area was also being run by the owner who was really nice. If you’re in Athens and haven’t tried it out I highly recommend it!

Great service! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and as we were being seated the host explained the menu and how to navigate the buffet. The food was all freshly prepared and great tasting. One side of the bar was hot foods and the other was cold items. There was a good selection of items on the food bar including fried plantains,creamed spinach,ribs,rice,coleslaw,salads and more. The meat station has delicious bacon wrapped chicken breast, sirloin, beef tenderloin, lamb, pork and more, all salt seasoned and slow roasted to perfection. Kept warm on the grill until the server slices as much as you want right in front of you, love it! Best yet you can eat all you want. It is a smaller space restaurant with limited parking directly in front but you can park just steps away next door. The owner stops by each table greeting customers and asks how we liked the food. It was delicious and plentiful! Nice to have a good Brazilian Steakhouse in Athens for a change and not super expensive! Try it and see if you like it.

Excellent meat selection. The sourdough and empanadas are ah-mazing. Excellent prompt service. Everyone working there was super nice. Definitely worth a visit.

Instantly was greeted the minute we entered the establishment and seated. Our server was extremely helpful and the workers were nice. The food was amazing (buffet style) and overall very satisfying! I recommend the tres leches, garlic steak, & bread w/ cinnamon butter

This place was excellent! When we came it was very loud and lively. A bit much for my tastes, but it was still a fun atmosphere. I do think it was for an event though because someone was setting up speakers right next to our table. Besides that the food was nice. The buffet is small but the selection is fantastic. The owner was also extremely kind. He didn’t charge us for some churros we ordered and was very warm. Overall an amazing experience for a good price!
