First time coming to this establishment. Everything was pleasant except for my waitress! My party and I were greeted with the most warmest and kindest gestures, but then when we sat at our table, our waitress lacked great customer service. The service provided by our waitress was extremely slow and standoff-ish. It took us 30 minutes just to be able to get something to drink! The service provided did not match the hospitality of the host and hostess, food taste and quality and the atmosphere of the restaurant. On the other hand, the food was excellent…SUPERB!!! The different variety of food and great selection of menu items is what persuaded me to try this restaurant. I would most definitely like to eat here again!! Hopefully next time, we will have better service.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Chop House! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by a wonderful hostess who set the tone for an exceptional evening. Our server, Taylor, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead in making sure we had everything we needed. The manager even checked on us twice, ensuring our experience was top-notch. And the food? Incredible! I had the prime rib cooked to a perfect medium, and it was absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and everything you could hope for in a great steakhouse meal. Every bite was a delight. Chop House delivers on service, atmosphere, and quality. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

She gave wonderful recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the delicious foods on the menu. She made sure our order was hot and the steak I ordered was cooked to perfection. My fiance was very well pleased. He enjoyed the soup of the day, which was chili. The manager introduced himself and asked if we were satisfied with our meal and service. Needless to say, we tipped our waitress very, very well. That speaks volumes! I highly recommend this restaurant to family and friends. We will definitely be back.

The food was delicious! Everything that was ordered was amazing. Our server. Paul, was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond any expectations. I didn’t think to get pictures of my food to include in my review, but I’m attaching my receipt of what i ordered. 😊 One of the best steak houses I’ve been to.

It’s our first time here and wish we had one in Texas. The waiter Tristan was great!! The food was delicious. We ordered the Lamb Chops and Filet Mignon. All was cooked the way we asked. The sides were good as well along with the spinach and queso dip. We did not leave anything on the plates. Definitely recommend this place.

Came for dinner on a Monday night. The service was very good. Our waiter did his best to get everything sorted out but it was not the best food experience. I order the shrimp bisque soup and it came out room temperature, not hot and not cold but like it had been sitting around all day. I did let them know and they happily replaced it with another side. I then got the chop salad which I was told was a house speciality and it had all the makings of a good salad except it was swimming in dressing and the lettuce was so soggy it was unpleasant. I ordered the horseradish filet as my main and asked for it to be medium. It came out and the top looked a little burnt but I cut into it anyway and it was well done. The waiter was very nice and I didn’t complain again after the soup incident it seemed like maybe there was a bigger issue in the kitchen. The meal was very expensive to be so disappointing. Hope they get the kitchen sorted out.
