The BLVD Steakhouse

Came in on a Sunday evening, slow clientele so we had the place almost to ourselves. We were given a lot of personal service which is always a great experience especially as first time visitors. Beautiful experience the decorations, tables, layout was done really well. We both had the four course special which included sirloin steak which was excellent The chef did a really fine job. Highly recommend visiting.

As a visitor often to Waco I had the pleasure of being invited to the BLVD Steakhouse for dinner and live music. The moment I entered I was greeted with a warm smile from the hostess Johanna. The ambiance of the restaurant is very welcoming both contemporary and cozy with a beautiful bar, lounge couches, to the dining area for large parties or intimate tables for two. A highlight in the center is a grand piano with beautiful chandeliers! The staff are very professional and personable. Cody the bartender was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable of the array of wines and the menu. During future visits I met Zack the executive chef and he made time to greet and expound on his specialties. The food is delicious! I always start with Bread to table which includes three specialty butters, my favorite being the black garlic marrow! From the starters to the desserts everything I’ve had has been amazing and served with a beautiful presentation! To top it off beautiful piano music is playing in the background and the pianist was phenomenal! Overall I am very happy to have found this gem in Waco and visit often. A very pleasurable relaxing experience I recommend to all!

Dusty and lip stained wine glasses left out on the table for us. Steak was not cooked to order. Food was below average and everything had a lot of pepper all over it. Server forgot drinks and condiments requested. Not a great experience especially for the price

This place was great. Food service ambiance. I was in town on business looking for a steakhouse & didn’t realize I had one just a 2 minute walk from my hotel. I loved this place so much I’d come to town just to eat here. It does have a romantic setting as well. I’m gonna try to bring the wifey next time soon.

The place is absolutely stunning. Cody, the bartender, is incredibly personable, offers fantastic food recommendations, and makes a phenomenal espresso martini. Zach, the executive chef, not only creates beautiful presentations but also takes the time to check in with customers to ensure they’re well taken care of. His recommendations are spot-on, and the food is absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to return! The staff has a great dynamic, which only enhances the overall experience. The restaurant itself has a fantastic aesthetic that makes it even more special.

Food was unique and truly delicious. Music was little loud in our spot and not a very appropriate vibe IMO. Chef came out and met with us and talked us through the beef and the meal. Super friendly. Wine selection could also use a few more unique options. Overall great experience, docked one star mainly for music and mediocre wine selection, but wouldn’t hesitate to return.

An enjoyable evening was spent at The Blvd Steakhouse. An upscale restaurant for Waco. The young man who seated us was very polite & friendly. Our server was very attentive in making sure we were taken care of. The short ribs & salmon were cooked to perfection. Definitely a restaurant I will visit again the next time I am in town.

Amazing new restaurant and hotel in Waco! Ordered the burger, shrimp linguini, and steak. Great choice in cocktails. They also have a very nice spacious bar plus a piano! Definitely recommend if you live or visiting Waco.
