Other than the long wait…they have delicious food, excellent service and you’re always greeted with a smile! This is probably why there’s a long wait. It’s worth the wait anytime in my eyes.

I normally love Texas Roadhouse and we get food to go quite often on top of eating in the restaurant. I'm not sure if they have a different cook the last month but we've gotten a to-go order 4 times and not once have the rolls even been edible. They are so burnt that they just get thrown away the second we get home. I was hoping the first time was a fluke but it's happened every time we ordered after that as well for the last month or so.

This place is terrible! They have terrible customer service and do not know how to cook food. Ordered medium rare burger and it comes out rare almost blue all mushy. The waitress was not willing to do anything about it and finally the manager came to grudgingly take it off of the ticket. Don't go here as there are so many better places to eat in Waco.

We were visiting the city with my family, and it is the first time I had lunch in this place, everything was delicious. We have recommended it to our neighbors and they were fascinated with their food. This place has a great steak cut

My Son’s favorite restaurant in Waco! I love their rolls and potato skins. Service is prompt and great, we’ve never had a bad experience at TRH. Highly recommended!

Apparently, medium rare means something different here. First steak came out over-cooked. Took 35 minutes for them to make a new one, which was also wrong. The service was beyond lacking, too. Manager didn't seem to care, really, either. I won't be back. Hands-down worst Texas Roadhouse experience ever. They are out there giving the chain a bad name.

Wonderful service. The wait was 4 mins on a Thursday evening in a very crowded place. The hostess asked us while we walked to the table if we’d been to that TX RH before. I replied that we’d not been to this one. About 5 mins after sitting down, a supervisor came over and welcomed us, gave us a coupon for a free appetizer and a bag of peanuts. A very nice gesture. The food was great. Just what you’d expect.
