I go here pretty often. I can honestly say that every time we’ve been there the service has been attentive. If there’s a problem with our meals, they are incredibly active and make sure that it’s recooked if needed and exactly as requested. Though clearly short staffed, the servers are present, polite and present a pleasant atmosphere. We’ve always enjoyed our many choices of dinner and love the coupons that are honored there. We have no complaints are genuinely repeat customers!

Recently I came here to celebrate with my family. We had a big group (10+ ppl) and we only had one server/ waitress and she was very nice and attentive towards us the whole time we were there. Because it was so many of us, our food wasn't that quick to come out, but regardless of speed my food was fresh and accurate. I ordered the Cajun chicken & sausage Alfredo with a 'Tropical AF' drink. The Alfredo was good, but it didn't taste Cajun (to me). It's definitely not spicy or seasoned very heavy. I did really enjoy the garlic cheesy bread, it was perfect. Also, I loved my drink it was the perfect balance! I would like to try more from here.

The service provided by Kayla was excellent. She was friendly, attentive, and engaging. The shrimp stacked salmon was OK. It read lightly blackened. It was a bit more peppery than expected. The salmon was a little on the dry side. The shrimp were good. They could have drizzled a little bit more of that creamy spinach between the shrimp and salmon. Overall, It was satisfactory.

I understand ordering through Grubhub on Valentine's day is going to add to the wait time, I understand that. But my food took two hours to show up, and was completely cold. In the time it took for Logan's get a prime rib slab and some potatoes out I could've bought all the ingredients at the store and made that dinner myself. I have never in my life had customer service this poor. 60 dollars. I paid 60 dollars for cold food an hour and half late.

Food was great, and Heidi our server, was friendly, she got our food to us quickly and it was delious. It was my brothers birthday, they came out and sang to him and brought him a dessert.

I had the Logan deluxe burger, I've never had anything quite like it, and it was amazing. It was very onion-y, in a good way. it tasted like it had a French onion soup glaze on it. It was perfectly cooked just over medium, almost medium well. Our server was very friendly and on the ball with the extra stuff we wanted and refills. My only complaint is super minor, our table was on the small side. Easily overlooked once the food showed up. My price for burger and tea came in at just under 20, which nowadays is reasonable.

When we walked in, we stood and watched a bunch of staff just stand and chat without acknowledgeling us. Once the hostess came out, she said she had to say us at a table as there were no booths. The restaurant was pretty empty. We sat for more than 5 minutes as some staff passed us repeatedly without a word to us before our waitress showed up. It took more than 5 minutes for her to bring us a water and a tea. We had to ask for drink refills. As we ordered, I told the waitress that I am allergic to both dairy and gluten and to please ensure my food isn't cooked with either. I asked lots of questions about ingredients and the way things were done. The server who brought out my food didn't know I had food allergies or how my food was cooked. When she came back from asking, she said I shouldn't eat the rice my shrimp and steak were sitting on as it had butter in it. I again had to explain that I'm allergic to dairy, ie butter. I had asked for my steak to be cooked medium. It was very well done the second time it came out. My husband ordered the prime rib medium rare. It came out well done. The second time it came out, part of it was well done and part of it was medium well done. He's had better streaks at IHOP. At one point the hostess yelled repeatedly across the room to the bus boy to ask him to help her move a table instead of walking across the room to ask him. We weren't sending our food back a second time as we had already been there over 90 minutes. We had watched other tables get seated after us, get their orders taken, eaten their food, leave, another party be seated at that table and finish. The waitress did apologize for the "little inconvenience" we had. We were not offered any discount or any thing else. This was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

This place was quiet. I liked the roominess. The food was good, I ate everything, had a cocktail that was delicious. It was a peach flavored vodka drink. The service was good, food came prepared as we ordered in no time. The sides were hot and tasty. I have read several bad reviews, but it I had a great experience.
