We ordered drinks and one was wrong. We said we'd keep it because it took 15 minutes to get it. Five minutes later the waitress said we couldn't keep it and took it away. We got a replacement after 5 minutes. The Ceasar salad was so overdressed, it could have been soup. The house salads were fine. Two of us ordered ribeyes cooked medium well. They were medium rare. They took them back to cook them, but they were still underdone. Rather than send it back again and delay the meal further, we took it home to cook it. The manager and server said sorry. $285 for 4 people and a meal that couldn't be eaten. Never again.

Last minute plan to go out to dinner after church service with more than 35 of us was a bit challenging to find accommodation locally. Someone in the group suggested Saltgrass Odessa. Made a call and to our surprise they were happy to hear we were on our way. Once we all arrived, we were greeted by the hosts and they were very friendly and patient with all of us invading the main entrance area. Our table was set up within 30 minutes and soon we were all sitting down ordering our drinks. Our servers were the best! Dalecia and a young guy(forgot to get his name) who had the greatest attitude towards us felt like they were part of our group to be honest. Even though we were there late too, nobody made us feel like we had to leave. Servers and manager on duty(din’t get name) took the time to take our group picture and went above and beyond to serve us all. Amazing team! Food was on point! Place atmosphere was perfect! Definitely going back when we can. Thanks Saltgrass Odessa!

Tonight! All my family we’re dining The waitress Tavia and her Manger Julio were so nice highly and friendly customer care/ I really love when people like them gives a nice compliment and welcome to the restaurant Good and great job guys. Saltgrass should feels so proud to keep crew like them.

Our dinner was even better because of our server, Kimber! She went above and beyond. When I told her that I was sharing my sandwich with my mom, she had them split it on 2 plates with an order of fries on each. That and she also gave us bread with our order to go. Be sure to ask for her next time!

My name is Ben Roberson and I’ve gotta say this place is top notch! Every single time I’ve ever been here I always have amazing service and the food is always on point!! The staff backs each other up so you know you’re going to be taken care of. This place is levels above Longhorn Steakhouse and Texas Roadhouse!! I will only ever come here!

Fantastic restaurant. The food was fantastic. I sat out on the patio with only one other couple and I was worried they would forget we were out there. The waiter did a great job and keeping up with the people outside. Very clean And comfortable. Great location too. Always coming back here.
