Clear Springs Restaurant

The food atmosphere is awesome! The restaurant is very well decorated and open. The food is really good and reasonably priced with large portions for the money. Good happy hour specials. The staff is very friendly coupled with fast service. I will be a repeat customer.

We were in on Sunday March 2, 2025 for lunch with our daughter and grandson. Our server Alexia was having a bad day and it showed in her service to us. There were several tables that were seated well after we arrived and ordered and had received food far before us. After complaining to Alexia she caught a bad attitude with us. (I believe she forgot to put our order in). We finally received our food. My Husband and Daughter had the Little Buddy catch fish and shrimp plates which both were already cold, I had the Chicken fried steak dinner and the gravy had dried on top of the steak and Alexia just covered it with more gravy. She then come back when I got up to get napkins and took it and brought a fresh steak out. We asked for the Manager who come out from the Kitchen area and explained it all to him and when he went back he called Alexia and she started laughing out loud (enough that we could all hear her). After finishing what we could eat of the meal we had to wait for a while to receive our ticket because from that point we were straight up ignored by Alexia. Won't be back for a while.

Was staying down the road and the hotel recommended this place. Service was fast and friendly. I had the combo fish and shrimp and my wife opted for the chicken strips. Food was great. Large portions and everything seemed freshly prepared.

This is a theme-type restaurant, in my opinion. It has This western charm with high ceilings, artifacts, and western type cuisine. I can't complain about the food, it was excellent. The service was questionable. We were seated right away, but we had to have been there 10 minutes before someone finally came by to take our order. I didn't get her name, but she was so business like and wasn't even willing to engage in social conversation. Even after we got our food, you would ask her for something, and she would respond while walking away and not even stopping to make conversation with you. I was in the middle of a sentence, and she was gone. This was at about 2:00 pm, after a lunch rush. It wasn't that busy, but it would have been nice if the waitress would slow down enough to at least care what the customer needs. As a theme restaurant, it would have been nice to have a better experience, but I don't think we'll be back to this regional chain despite the excellent ambiance and food. It was little spicy, but the country fried steak had little flavor at all. Fries were good, Cole slaw not to bad but mashed potatoes were cold. Music playing was not too loud. Alot of different things on the wall made it interesting to see. Front door staff was friendly and got us in quickly. Waitresss appeared to be in a hurry to get the day over. Asked us about dessert 1/2 way through the meal and brought the check a few minutes after we de lined.

Excellent restaurant with food that reminds me of a good diner. We were lucky this was close to where we were staying. Chicken fried chicken was great, and the chicken strips are delicious as well.

My family went to eat this weekend and the food was so good! Our server Katy recommended the ribeye with shrimp and seafood grill. Both were amazing! Katy was so fun! We will be asking for her in the future 🩷
