Order curbside 3+ times a week and they NEVER include everything ?! I’ve called Mgr and NOTHING has improved… Curbside crew is incompetent and doesn’t make sure order is correct?!?! I don’t want free meals for wrong orders, I simply want my order CORRECT but obviously TOO MUCH to ask for.. I give up !!! Best advice I can give about this location is dine in ONLY … don’t waste your time with pickup or curbside because it WILL BE missing items !!! If you think I’m just ranting…. Order curbside and you’ll definitely wish you had taken this advice! GOOD LUCK

I always love texas road house. It's atmosphere, its family friendly. Though the music is quite as loud that hard for me and the waitress to hear each other. Food was good not as what I remember this time it not as seasoned but it's a easy fix , appetizer was great, and even our waitress Sam is wonderful, she always check on us , as me and my friend enjoy our wonderful dinner and chat. Overall still a great experience. Here in midland tx, texas roadhouse 😊

Their customer service is on point, went early to pick up my food and got offered a drink and peanuts while I waited. Quality is consistent and prices are in range. Because of this place is always busy so that means fresh food too.

Texas Roadhouse never ceases to amaze me. Despite the fact that they always have wait to be seated, once you are seated they focus on giving you a personal, great experience. Even though they are slammed. In my experience, the food comes out perfect to my liking every time. I mentioned to the manager that the people in the kitchen cook with love. It is my absolute favorite place to grab a steak and a margarita. Great job guys!

The experience was quick, friendly and prompt. We didn't wait for a table. Ryan had our drinks, Rattlesnake Bites and entrees delivered fast. We were in and out of the restaurant within the hour. A long line had formed to come into the restaurant when we left at 6PM.

First off I’d like to say the service was great. But I’m there for a good meal and I can honestly say it’s the worst I’ve had in awhile. We all three of us felt the same way. My burger was honestly just nasty. The meat had no flavor and it was really juicy but the juice was just water…? The bacon tasted Microwaved in the cheese tasted fake. Same for my buddies burger and the other guy had a steak that was way over cook and had a bad taste he said. They were super busy, so maybe they just rushed the food out, but it tasted nasty and I felt bad the whole next day. BUT the roll and fried pickles were good.
