Visited in the evening Our steaks were decent tasting but overpriced. My friend didn't care for the side salad or bread My potato was dried up on one end Place was worth trying out, but I don't think I'll be returning to try anything else.

2/25/25 I went to this restaurant shortly after 1 pm and no one ever came to the front counter area. I waited at least 5 minutes. No hostess…no nothing. My previous two visits were the same thing. I left and went to Olive Garden. I was immediately greeted and seated. I hope this steakhouse gets with the program. There needs to be more accountability held to provide the best service for higher rate of return.

Service was super slow 🦥 this time. Was here for 3 1/2 hours. Took a long time to get silverware. Then when it came it was dirty. Refills took forever. Food took a long time as well. Not sure what happened here. Used to be faster by alot. Someone in my party got a sirloin and it was like cutting rubber. Might go somewhere else next time 🤷🏻♂️

Dined there yesterday for lunch. Ate in the bar area. The bartender was very friendly and attentive. That’s about all I have good to say about the place. It was dirty. The bathrooms were awful. The toilet paper plastic cover fell and hit me in the head upon entering the stall. The food was “ok” When by he going back.

We were sat down right away, so we assumed they weren't too busy. This was our first time here and were hoping to have a great meal. We sat patiently for 20 min as multiple team members passed by, none of them ever stopped. Not a very good first impression. I let the ladies in the front know and they just stared at us leaving.

It was way to dark. Guess they try to cover up the fact your steak is undercooked. The pork chops were way over cooked. So hard the fork wouldn't even pick it up. The only thing that was good was the baked potato, but even that's an improvement from last time because my husband was served a black potato. Rotten from the inside. The appetizer was the stuffed mushroom and they are always good. But $80 for two people and we couldn't even eat the main part of the meal.. Plus when your a party of two next to a party of 6 good luck. No refills no bread until we asked for it.. Very disappointed

Waited 30 minutes to get to a table. (Expected) Waited 10 minutes to be waited on (Not expected, not happy) Spectacular menu and food! For a place you would expect to be upper class, I was disappointed in this place. I sat at the bar waiting for my table and watched everything and everyone and it took anywhere from 10-30 minutes for them to clean a table after a party left. Which accounts for how long I had to wait alone. There was trash on the floor throughout the restaurant and dirty tables. If that weren’t enough, you can see directly into the kitchen (which is nice) and there was trash and food in the floor in there as well. The booths and chairs are painfully uncomfortable. All of this in addition to the SCREAMING toddlers and babies that people were bringing in and not making mind. Even as good as the food is I will not be returning. A fifty dollar meal that was a horrible experience.

Quoted 50 minutes and ended up waiting 2 hours. Silverware was dirty. Drinks had food floating in them. Burger was dry and no sauce on it. Steak was still raw. Shrimp was cold. Won’t be going back.
