My family came in for dinner tonight and had an amazing experience. 10 top, 2 kids included. We sat in the back room and had about 4 families around us. Atmosphere was mellow even with so much commotion. Casey was our server, I have so many great things to say about her! Casey was friendly and extremely attentive. Not once were our drinks past empty, and she was quick to remove plates from our table. Casey was particular with ensuring our order was correct, and she did her serving job right by asking if we wanted appetizers, making suggestions, offering up charge items, and dessert. She even asked if we wanted to sign up for the reward program, and politely moved on whenever we declined any offers. She did her job the right way. The food was great of course, I had no complaints about my fried mushrooms, ribeye steak, baked potato soup and Brussels sprouts. Our food came out in properly timing and we were never waiting for our next course. This review is to compliment the customer service that my family and I experienced tonight. Keep up the good work, Casey. You make it look easy!

We both had the sirloin tips with garlic mash and green beans. The green beans were awesome, sweet with a great salt seasoning. The tips were outstanding with the mushrooms and gravy on the garlic mash. Service was excellent. Beers were ICE-cold.

We love this place! We had a Valentine’s Date on Friday along side all the other love birds. . We for sure thought that we would be there for hours waiting to get in, but everything moved steadily with an even flow. Management was definitely on their A-game. They were on the floor greeting customers making sure all was well. we were in and out of there within an hour and a half. Our server Daya was cute and amazing customer service. The food was amazing! My salmon was cooked perfect, our ribs fell off the bone! Kudos to the kitchen staff, they were rocking it!

Always a pleasure having dinner here. The atmosphere is relaxing and the food is delicious. Never had a bad steak here! The Brussel sprouts are really tasty too!

My husband set us up with reservations here for Valentine’s Day. (I rather stay home on this day) BUT, a huge shout out to Julio for taking care of us. Shelby was our server and she did an amazing job. The food was fantastic even on one of their busiest nights! The drinks were delicious. I recommend the Amaretto blast. I’m so grateful for the service!

I enjoy most all the food here. I especially love their Cobb salad (Hill country salad). It's a BIG salad and it's very filling with out them skimping on the protein. The onion strings are easily my favorite app, and their carrot cake is SO good! It's a massive slice and it's very very fresh! Their grilled pineapple margarita is wonderful! I can't give the food five stars because I cannot get them to nail a rare steak. I've had to send it back every time so I quit ordering it.

Not only was the service excellent, our meal was delicious and we were surprised with a chocolate cake for dessert. We will definitely be back to Saltgrass in Lubbock!
