When you're in Texas and want a good "Texas" steak, if you're like us, you look up reviews on the best steak house in the area. That is what we did, but it's NOT what we got. The presentation of the food was amazing. I really wish the foor was as good as it looked. My husband and son ordered each a $45 steak. Neither one could cut into it, and my husband's steak was cold when it was out on the table. He had taken our 2 year old grandson outside to walk around, he was fussy, so it wasn't a big deal BUT, when you order a $45 steak, you expect it to be hot when it gets to your table. My son's steak had like silver skin on it that their own steak knives couldn't cut thru. It truly was sad. My daughter in law steak was so skinny and flat that it was dried out and hard to swallow. All 3 of them said that the taste was really good, but the quality sucked. I ate a wedge (iceberg lettuce) salad and the sushimi, and it was delicious. They all really enjoyed the bone marrow appetizer as well....not me....YUCK! LoL This was our first time there, and it will be our last. My daughter in law never received her sides with her steak. We couldn't catch the waiter, even though we were 4 of a total of 10 people in the whole restaurant. The waiter informed us that he's worked at several local restaurants. We can see why they didn't keep him on full time. Point is, when you leave a 20-ounce Ribeye steak, with only 4 bites out of it, on the table, yeah, it's not worth going back. (Both of the guys left their food behind.) Especially when the total bill was $250.

Excellent service! Our waitress JQ was so kind and very attentive. The food was delicious! Due to the lovely food and wonderful service we will definitely be back!

Everything was delicious! Our server JQ was very welcoming and took her time to give us recommendations on what to eat and drink. She also checked on us quite often making sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely be coming back.

This was an excellent meal. I definitely recommend the appetizer sampler. Emily was bery attentive. They had some less expensive burger and drink options too. I definitely recommend this place.

She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations that truly enhanced our meal. Since it was our first time, we relied on her suggestions, and she did not disappoint! Every dish was packed with flavor, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was inviting, the service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. Kaitlyn’s attentiveness and enthusiasm made us feel like valued guests, and we couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend!

My husband ordered chicken tortillas soup and corallito salad, but he said the HEB salad is way better than what we ordered. My grilled short ribs were very dry, and my friend's mahi-mahi was undercooked and covered in butter. We were starving from a long drive but didn't eat much. After leaving the restaurant, my friend felt sick and vomited. The restaurant lacks crayons, which is disappointing for parents of children who enjoy coloring during meals. The service was subpar; our waitress was inattentive and confused, incorrectly distributing drinks. She gave my coke to another customer, while I received that customer's Dr. Pepper. We chose this restaurant based on its 4.7-star reviews on Google, unfortunately, we were disappointed. My husband and I felt embarrassed because our friend became ill after dining here with us. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as it's not worth trying; save your time and money instead.
