Here for a family dinner with 6. Seated right away. Service was great, chef was great though tonight our chef was just a little pepper happy. Steaks cooked correctly as 4 different temperatures were requested. Drinks were never empty; just all around a very pleasant evening.

It’s been two years since I have been here. Tonight ( June 13, 2024) the food was terrible and my waiter couldn’t understand English. The Eel Roll with the Eel sauce was so sweet I could hardly eat it. The Spicy Crawfish Roll just tasted nasty and nauseating! I could not even eat a whole bite. I sent it back and told the waiter my concerns. He just couldn’t comprehend that it would taste bad. I have included a picture of my receipt…he still charged me for the roll that was not edible. I was tired tonight so I didn’t make a big deal out of it. I absolutely hate going to a restaurant and literally throwing away my money.

7/30/30 - birthday meal. Decent size crowd, had a short wait for hibachi grill table. Great cook with good personality. Food was cooked perfectly. They have added Tilapia to the fish option with salmon. No salad or shrimp appetizers during lunch and the portions are smaller than dinner. We are not sushi fans, but the sushi our table mates did look really good! We will definately be returning in the future!! 12/24/2022 - Christmas Day meal with the family. Surprisingly, the restaurant was not very busy and we arrived about 12:45 pm. The Good: We were able to sit at one of the grills and had a great waiter and cook!! Everything was cooked to order and the soup was fantastic. The Bad: too much ginger in the salad dressing which is normally my favorite - didn't finish it. We came for lunch on Sunday for Fathers Day. Arrived about 1:30 pm to avoid some of the crowd. Be aware that at lunch, salad with ginger dressing and the shrimp appetizer DO NOT come with the meal!! This location also does not have catfish, but they do have salmon. Food was ok, the cook was not as personable as some of the ones we have had. He overcooked the steak, was supposed to be medium, came out more well done and chewy and my husband said the salmon was over cooked and dry. We normally go to the location on 82nd and slide, but this one is closer to our home. We love O'hana and will be back, but hope we get a different cook..

Tried to place a to go order 3 different times and kept getting places on hold for 15 minutes plus while you hear the employees chatting on the background. I am literally writing this review while I'm still on hold. This is the third occasion this has happened. No respect for the customer whatsoever. If you're not trying to take orders over the phone just say it and stop wasting people's time!!!!

Jamie was our cook today and he did an excellent job. Everything was on point and even entertained us while cooking. Keep up the great work! Was very happy with food and service today. 👍

AMAZING SERVICE AND FOOD. I've been to many hibachi style restaurants, and this one has to be my 2nd favorite. It was sad to see that they only had one chef available to work their 2 hibachi that they had at 5 o'clock on a Thursday, but him, the extremely nice host, and the very sweet, busy waitress all handled it without issue. The food was very tasty and fresh, along with a great sweet tea. We also got an appetizer of a fried sushi roll called 'Las Vegas'. Flavor was out of this world amazing. Hats off to the staff that made our dinner amazingly special for us. Yall are amazing! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal. The four of us will return the next trip to the LBK.

Ordered double rice no veggies that didn’t happen then I ordered hibachi chicken and he gives me teriyaki chicken which is not the same. He does offer to remake but can’t wait again for him to recook. The cooks need to pay attention & this is why he didn’t get a tip.
