Aspen Creek Grill

Any time that you can leave a restaurant full, happy and with some food to take with us, well that's a good meal. What started off as a slow service and possibly disappointing meal was quickly turned around by the manager/bartender on duty. The food was really good, very well priced and the restaurant itself was very clean and comfortable and dare I say it- a really good deal and strong value for dinner. I had the 10oz sirloin. It was lean and meaty and perfect. The Aspen Grill Chicken salad was big and generous amounts of chicken were given. The kids meals were also great value for money. We don't live here in Lubbock, but would definitely come back if coming through town and we needed a sit down meal.

Delicious! Enjoyed the Cajun pasta! My friend Enjoyed their chocked fried chicken, steak, Hawaiian chicken. Appetizers were quite generous and gobbled up by all!

Waited maybe 10 minutes to be seated. Waiter was Julyon whom did an amazing job. Wife had a salad and some sides. I had the Cajun catfish which tasted great paired with a couple beers

First out of the gate: the smoked chicken wings with black diamond rub are very excellent. That is my favorite that I will drive the 120 miles from my home to have. The rest of the menu is excellent as well. The service has always been on point and friendly/helpful. Around the holiday shopping the service was still excellent but they started running out of the more popular menu items. Victim of their own success I think you could say. The location is tricky to navigate as there are multiple shopping centers and restaurants in a too small place so be ready to patiently wait for traffic. But if you like good food and a friendly staff that goes above and beyond Aspen Creek Grill in Lubbock is with every bit of effort.

We came here for lunch around 1:30 on 8/12. We were seated immediately. The staff was amazingly warm and welcoming, and when they found out it was our first time visiting, the manager came by to introduce themselves and gave us a complimentary appetizer for our next visit! We ordered the green chili queso as our appetizer, which was warm and flavorful with fresh crispy chips. Then our steaks came out perfectly cooked to order and deliciously seasoned. The sides were just as yummy! The fish tacos were also very delicious if you are looking to avoid red meat. Overall, we enjoyed our meal, and we will be back!

The food was just ok - nothing too great. Our appetizers came out hot, food came out about 3 minutes later and was cold. I ordered the honey lime salmon, broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. It had a decent flavor. Server was very attentive bringing stuff and making sure we had refills.

Well the food was very tasty the server "Libby"was AWESOME (5 stars for her she was very attentive, professional and so sweet she made the whole experience better ) So I ordered a burger that I cut in half it tasted great and everything was fine till I got like 2 bites into the 2nd half and there's a long blond hair inside my burger,the mgr (Brandy)had just checked in on us so I called her back and showed her the hair she apologized and said she would take care of it, minutes later she returns back with a bill for $10 I asked her what that was for and she said "well it's for the tea and the half of the burger you ate " 😲🤯😵‍💫 !!!!! So even though the food was good and the service excellent I will think twice about going back and IF I do I'll ask if they require the kitchen staff to wear hair nets or something to keep their hair OUT OF MY FOOD !!!!!
