As someone who has been a regular customer for over 10 years I am extremely disappointed in how management has handled themselves. I picked up a togo order a week ago. I had multiple items missing, the container of potato au gratin was about 1/3 of the way filled, the medium steak was rare and mostly solid fat. I spent almost 150 dollars on the order, for terrible quality and quantity. Which has been unlike all of my previous experiences. I called the restaurant about multiples days, until someone picked up literally 6 days later. They offered to remake the order but at this point after calling and emailing customer relations twice with no response, I just wanted a refund. The manager said he would check the payment method and get it on my way. Two more days pass, no refund. I call once again and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes he says that the request to refund has to be approved by corporate. This has been a total waste of time and money. UPDATE. 11 days after my order I get a total of $7.58 refunded.

I haven't been here for a while. I'm glad I came back, we came here for my son's birthday since he had never been.. Great service and the food quality was better than I remembered. The frequency of the meat delivery was great, so great in fact I forgot the meats I had on my plate. All the meat servers were great, but one stood out. His name was Able. He asked my son if it was his first time there, and he said yes. My son told him he really wanted to try the lamb. 5 minutes later Able was there with the Lamb. He did a great job as did the others. Everything tasted great. Thank You.

I had an incredible experience at Texas de Brazil in Fort Worth! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, creating the perfect setting for an enjoyable evening. A special shoutout to Angel, the bartender, who was absolutely amazing – attentive, friendly, and made our night even more memorable. One tip: I recommend going on a less busy night than Saturday if you want quicker service with your favorite cuts of meat. It took a bit longer than usual for the waiters to come around. My husband and I got full of bread mainly🤣 which is addicting too!

I have been to Texas de Brazil only a few times - once to the Dallas location & twice to the FW location. Every time I’ve been, it's be such a great experience! The food is BEYOND good, the service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is gorgeous. This place is always a great time!

Super packed date nite. The food was superb. Meat was cooked to perfection and seasoned nicely. The salad bar was exquisite and well stocked. Lobster bisque was light and creamy. There are some pineapple slices on the salad bar that few choose to get. I tried a few, and I had to go back several times for more. They are light, sweet, and perfect to top off a well-fed night. We did have dessert, and I decided to pack mine.

Quite crowded, tables close together, wait even with reservations, service was below average for us, other servers seemed more attentive. Great meat, poor selection of sides at the salad bar. Not what it used to be.
