Chama Gaúcha Brazilian Steakhouse - Dallas-Fort Worth

This was my first visit to this location, and I can’t say enough great things about it. The service is truly exceptional—on par with what you’d expect from the finest high-end restaurants. The salad bar alone offers a fantastic selection, but if you’re a carnivore at heart, this place is a dream come true. From tender lamb to perfectly cooked filet mignon, every bite is a treat. They’ll keep bringing out delicious cuts of meat until you’re ready to call it quits. Beyond the outstanding food and service, the atmosphere is equally impressive. I had such a wonderful experience and will absolutely be returning.

We went here for Thanksgiving, and we felt like we arrived at an exclusive 5 star Michelin restaurant. The service at Chama Gaucha was the best I have had at any business in my life. The staff was so personable and not pretentious. They understood their assignment to give the guest the feeling of comfort and belonging. Their Classic Old fashioned packed a flavor blast from the past. The salad bar was absolutely packed with quality meats and cheeses. The salad dressing was delicious, the basil being my favorite. Everything was so fresh. Now we get to the star of the show the meat. The variety of quality cuts of meats was the best I've had from a Brazilian restaurant in the DFW area. Then I finished off with the flaming cheesecake. A huge spectacular memory maker. Thank you for giving our family a great experience and taste sensation. I will be full for 3 days. It was heaven!

This place went above and beyond to make our evening special. I will definitely come again. The waiters and waitresses are top class. The food is amazing very well run restaurant. Well worth the drive and price!

I went here for my birthday celebration and I wasn't disappointed at all. The staff were great and kept checking on us. The food was amazing and the drinks were excellent. I added it to my favorite list and my lady loved it. Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. We will definitely be back here.

My other half took me here for my birthday. The customer service was amazing. Food was great, some of the meats were over cooked ( we like Medium rare) they fixed it right away and send out a fresh batch to us. Pincanha was our fav!

California Wisconsin Texas and Ohio all represented. I heard multiple times the accolades for this resteraunt. It was $62, for their dinner service. Everything I tried was top shelf. 10 out 10 for me. Don't miss it!

This Brazilian Steakhouse is oozing with class, from the time you walk into their reception area. We love to celebrate birthdays at this lovely establishment. I love to get dressed up and enjoy a delicious meal, I save up for days before going. From the warm greetings and quick seating and the team of staff members every moment is memorable. I would suggest reservations before arriving. This is a never-ending array of different prime seasoned meats delivered by gauchos who roam from table to table with their fresh meats. Your server will go over the process when you are seated. You are given these little placecards with red on one side and green on the other. You simply turn green to let gauchos know you want meat or red when you do not. There is no limit to turning over the card. My favorite this time was the bacon wrapped garlic filet mignon medium rare or however you may request. I also enjoyed the lamb chops and lamb. The prime rib was fantastic with a nice char crust. I also enjoy the most delicious creamy flavorable lobster bisque I've ever had. There is also a nice cold salad bar with many different options. Brought to the table as well are mash potatoes, creamy mushroom sauce, and sauted bananas, which are refilled as requested. You can not forget the wonderful light Brazilian bread as an accompaniment. Every staff member is on the ball and quick to deliver any requests. There is a wonderful variety of wines and mixed adult beverages available. Our table also enjoyed the melted mozzarella cheese that we couldn't get enough of from the gaucho. There are so many other meat options available, such as sausages, ribs, and bacon wrapped chicken filets. I'll be honest. I just got for the beef options mostly. You really need to pace yourself to be able to enjoy all the variety. If you are going for a special occasion, be sure to let them know. It was my Birthday and, they brought out a lovely decadent chocolate layer cake with an added message of Happy Birthday written in chocolate and a candle placed in the whipped cream, they light. No singing, thank goodness. Overall, I highly recommend Chams Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse for their quality menu and delightful staff, also the beautiful elegance of decor.

One of the best experiences I’ve had a a Brazilian steakhouse style restaurant! The restaurant is inviting and elegant inside. Staff and front desk were friendly and helpful. We came with a large party of 12+ to celebrate a family anniversary. The servers did an amazing job at keeping up with our large group and were friendly and welcoming. The meat options were delicious and definitely well prepared with options of medium-rare to more well done cuts for those who prefer that. The salad bar was full of fresh salads and had an amazing selection of delicious picked style vegetables, mushrooms and olives. Overall excellent experience and amazing service. We definitely will be coming back for more! PS, the desserts are amazing but it’s so hard to leave room for them!
