Outback Steakhouse

REVISED: 3/2/2025 Worst "curb" side service, we always end up going in because no one comes out. There is always something missing from the bag. I've been sitting here for 15 minutes waiting on an item that was not in my bag. Now my food is cold. There is a man ordering at the curb side take away, he is holding up orders being delivered. The young guy servicing the delivery of orders should not be taking orders. This man should have been directed to the bar to place his order. This is a huge inconvenience to the people waiting to get their orders delivered curbside. I tipped a person to bring my order out and it did not happen. This restaurant needs to get their shit together! I ordered the expensive Melbourne steak @$30 for a steak, and ordered it cooked medium; look at the picture, it's well or medium well at best. My baked potato was old, the middle of the potato rotting, I dug out the middle so I could salvage what resembles a potato skin. This was the worst birthday meal ever! So disappointed, spent $60 on garbage food!

Absolutely horrible Outback‼️Serving my family and I wings with ‘feathers’ still in them. I use to really like this Outback, but the customer service has went down a lot, unfortunately. Too much chattering amongst one another, not paying attention to customers, and overall being lazy in the service that is given. The bartender as well, knew the drinks he was serving wasn’t up to par, and he continued to serve them anyway. The plus is that our waiter did take the drinks off, and he admitted himself, that the drinks weren’t correct. He did address the bartender, who had a careless attitude about it, and continued to talk with other co-workers and lady at the bar. Even the lady at the bar he was speaking with, mentioned how the drinks weren’t fixed correctly. I do suggest that the head office come in and take a look at what’s going on. This is NOT acceptable.

Good food, nice service, was thinking of taking out, but decided to dine in. I guess I was hungry and the food looked so good, that I forgot to take pictures, I stopped at the bread and bloomin’ onions 😄 Had ribs and fries with coleslaw, all very good. Ribs meat fell off the bone and was very tasty. Another dish we had was shrimp with vegetables, also good comments from it. Nice visit overall, manager making sure we were satisfied, clean place. Will have to go back

Best meal my wife and I have had in years! (Outside of my wife’s home cooking) Megan cooked our steaks to perfection with the perfect amount amount of seasoning. Regan our server was outstanding would give them 10 stars if we could. We will be moving near by and be returning for another excellent meals. I would post pictures but I devoured it!!!

WOW! Our dinner was great! We had the never ending soup and salad combo for $9.99 which is a great value for the amount of food you get when you want to eat light on a budget. Their baked potato soup tasted home made and their cobb salad looks and tastes wonderful. They kept my sweet tea full with a fresh glass instead of refilling and making a mess like some other restaurants sometimes do when they are busy. The side salad is also plentiful and delicious as well as their baked potato! Our server was very attentive as well as the runners that helped deliver our food right after we ordered!

Whenever we're not in the mood for Texas Roadhouse we come to Outback! Good Drinks, Good Food and we always have good service! We do miss the Buns from Roadhouse but Outback has a really good bread service too pre meal. The Alliance area is booming with a lot of restaurants and so far we haven't been disappointed with this chain! Thank you for Keeping up the good customer service and welcoming atmosphere, it makes a huge difference to customers who value these simple things.
