We drove 30 minutes from TCU for a late Sunday lunch. Well worth the drive. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Ray was our hibachi grill master. He was hilarious. I highly recommend having him. Thanks for a great memory.

Food has been outstanding! The hibachi chef add 20-plus years under his belt and he is amazing

The food was great, but service and the hibachi performance left a bit to be desired. Our reservations made the day prior were mostly pointless and the wait time before our order was even taken was over an hour from sitting down. Our server was mostly nonexistent until the end. The performance, the whole reason you’d come for hibachi, wasn’t the greatest. I’m pretty sure it was just our chef as the table behind us sounded exciting and was doing the water / sake, throwing food onto plates, coming out with a flaming hat, etc. where as ours dropped his tools several times and then messed up and just was like “okay” and stopped the “performance” part. Food was tasty, but just kind of disappointing experience, especially comparatively to other people’s tables. I’d say that while the food was good, the whole experience wasn’t completely worth it unfortunately and I’d probably just go for takeout at a better value.

Absolutely love Kobe’s! Hubs and I went for hibachi (dinner)! Great portion size. Food is always delicious!

Great location, great food, and great service. We have been looking for a good hibachi place to go and we found it here. The service was great, and the chef was awesome. My family and I had a great time. The price is normal with other hibachi locations, so that is good. The location is near other stores if you are out running errands or need to do things. Highly recommend if you are looking for this style of food for dinner. They do open at 5 pm despite the machine when you call.

Update: 08/2023- We’ve been three times from my first review, and each time the food quality has went down a little. 1) Everyone who sat at the table with us agreed the food needs more seasonings. Salt, Pepper and Soy Sauce won’t cut it. Salt, Pepper, Onion & Garlic Powder, Seasoning Salt, Accent, & Beef/Chicken broth with the oil they use on the hibachi skillet should help a lot. Also try using a little Old Bay Seasoning on the seafood. 2) The eggs should be cooked last, or paid more attention too, because it’s easy to overcook them, and nobody likes an over cooked egg. Other than that, the customer service is still good, it’s just the food needs more flavor to it. Absolutely worth every bite! Delicious! The atmosphere is private and relaxed. The design is beautiful, and the customer service was incredible that we had. The appetizers are a MUST TRY, and the show the chef put on for us, was fun and highly talented! The pricing is reasonable, about $35 per person including drink during LUNCH HOURS. Dinner, I’m sure, is more. This is a cultural place as well, so don’t be afraid to “dine in”. The setup is like “Benihana”, but smaller with their own unique touch. I highly recommend eating here… 10/10❗️

The place is lovely, I love the redesign compared to the old restaurant. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful in picking out what were the best options. I brought my whole family and they all loved what they got. I personally got the Jessica Alba-core roll which was a very light and refreshing sushi roll as well as the Steak and Scallop teppanyaki. Both parts were extremely tasty! I would recommend anyone to go and try it out.

Date 100! My queen Revonna and I went to Kobe Steakhouse! Don't let it being in a small location fool you! The customer count grew quickly! My queen had the salmon entree with fried rice while I had the pineapple shrimp with steamed rice. The food was great! Our server was very attentive so she was tipped greatly! The wonton soup was great also!
