The crab cakes are the best in the metroplex, and it's not even close. The atmosphere is always very calm and inviting. The best part though is definitely the customer service. The wife and I have tried many fine dining establishments and Eddie V's has always stood above the rest when it comes to the quality of service we receive.

We arrived beginning of happy hour. One thing to note is the prices for appetizers are the same during regular hours. Just know you’re not getting a deal there. They had some select drinks discounted for happy hour, as well as some teasers and two different oysters on the half shell. My plate came out with old dried food on it and the Tabasco sauce had old greasy film on it. It wasn’t wiped clean. That was a turn off for sure. My wife and I shared the filet with lump crab. The fillet was on the chewy side and the crab was overly fishy. The table shared a banana foster desert, it was very good. I recommend Overall a good restaurant but by no means my favorite.

The food was really good! I had the jump crab cake, the crab stuffed jumbo shrimp, the truffled macaroni and cheese, and the caesar salad. The crab cake was probably one of the best I’ve ever had and the sauce was amazing!! The calamari was the best! Ordered a few drinks! My only complaint would be the caesar salad as I was not a fan of the dressing (it had a very strong vinegar or some type of sour tang to it) and the croutons were rock hard. The service I experienced was decent, it could have been better since they weren’t busy when we were dining. I would definitely go back.

Eddie V’s happy hour is on point—great cocktails and filling small bites. The filet mignon sandwiches hit the spot—tender, flavorful, although I wasn't a fan of the onion jam. The prime steak tataki was quite delicious even though I am not a fan of medium rare.  I ate the edges while my husband ate the "good stuff".  The soy sauce based sauce could be a bit overpowering for some, but I'm a fan of soy sauce so it worked well for me. The vibe is upscale but relaxed, and the service is attentive without being overbearing.  I typically wear jackets in restaurants, but the VLounge had a great ambient temperature that I didn't need to keep my jacket on. They had a live band playing some nice mellow jazz which started around 6:30pm, which was a nice addition to the ambiance.  All-in-all, it was a very nice and relaxing evening with delicious bites and great drinks! If you’re looking for a nice upscale yet laid-back spot for drinks and small bites, I think this is a great spot for a quick mid-week date night.

I recently visited Eddie V's on despite an initially rocky start with a delayed reservation and less-than-ideal service, my experience was completely transformed thanks to the exceptional staff. I live about 4 hours away, and this was my first time dining at Eddie V's in Fort Worth. After a challenging start a remarkable team member stepped in with calm, professional, and organized service that immediately restored our faith. The ambiance was delightful, the meal was delicious, and the service from Debbie Prince was outstanding. As we were celebrating my niece’s birthday, the thoughtful gesture of a complimentary birthday dessert and drinks made the occasion even more memorable. Eddie V's has now secured a spot on my list of favorites, and I look forward to many more visits in the future. And thank you to General Manager Kate Scott for not making any excuses and making our experience a great one!

This dining experience was a perfect 10 out of 10 in every way—truly a slam dunk. I wish I could eat here every day. The restaurant is beautiful with impeccable ambiance. From our seat, we had a view of the kitchen and the chefs through a panoramic glass. Our server, Jennifer, was absolutely amazing. She knew the menu—drinks, appetizers, meals—like the back of her hand and made fantastic recommendations. The complimentary champagne and snacks were outstanding, and every dish we tried was flawless: the bread and butter, steak and salmon, potatoes and asparagus were all perfect 10s. The dessert, Bananas Foster Butter Cake, was beyond exceptional—a 15 out of 10! Even the Wedge salad was delicious the next day. Everything was prepared, cooked, and delivered to perfection. I can't wait to visit again. Note: The truffled macaroni and cheese is not for the faint of heart. Gems: Valet parking, excellent service, Jumbo Crab Cake, and warm hospitality.

We had to wait quite a bit, but that was totally understandable due to the holiday (turkey day) and limitations in their kitchen (fire damage). Other than that, I had an excellent time. Everything I ordered was delicious and cooked perfectly. Service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was lively. Loved the live music!

OMG, first timer! This restaurant was an absolute treat! I attended a birthday dinner with a small party, and the atmosphere was amazing. We were seated in a north-facing area with a view of the kitchen and cooks, which was a pleasure. The setting was quiet with light music playing in the background, making for a relaxed dining experience. Our server, Jennifer, was the best ever, along with the exceptional dining room attendant, Tara! Both ladies did their jobs exceptionally well. Ms. Jennifer knew the menu like the back of her hand—wildly impressive. She gave great recommendations and was spot-on with her attention to the tables she was serving. She has a knack for picking up on what you might like and being right! To start, I had the “Jumbo Lump Crab Cake” and a Caesar salad, which were tasty, though I’d rate them a 7/10. For the birthday celebration, there was complimentary champagne and a treat, which I’d rate 10/10. A nice touch was the warm hand towels provided after the starters to “freshen up,” which was delightful and refreshing. For my main course, I ordered the “Parmesan Sole,” which was absolutely divine in every way possible—10/10. The sides included “Truffle Mac” (4/10), “Grilled Asparagus” (10/10), and “Au Gratin Potatoes” (10/10). As a birthday treat, I enjoyed the “Banana Foster Butter Cake” with dark chocolate cookies on the side—10000/10! This place is a bit pricey, but it was truly worth the wonderful experience! I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Eddie V’s, for a great birthday dinner experience.
