Family-friendly chain outpost pairs familiar pub fare with an extensive list of house brews.
Customer Review Summary
Seated quickly, but menu was limited compared to Lafayette location. House cider was highly praised, while calamari was salty and oily despite good cooking. Spinach and artichoke dip received mediocre reviews, but the chips were hot and crunchy. A large group experienced slow service with only one server for 20+. Happy hour prices were appreciated, but drink and appetizer orders were delayed. A quiet lunch was enjoyable, and Brooks was highlighted for her warm service. Garlic Shrimp and Toasted Bread was a standout dish, and the Parmesan Crusted Chicken was great. Food prices seemed higher than expected, and quality varied but ambience and brews remained strong. Peppered wings were delicious, but onion rings were disappointing and lacked crispness. Southern Chicken was large and tasty, with highly rated ginger beer and a well-traveled pizookie. To-go order had issues, including missing items and overcooked chicken. Dine-in experience was enjoyable, with an attentive server and satisfying meal choices. Restaurant was slightly cold, needing adjustments for cooler weather.

Seated fast. Limited menu from the Lafayette location. The house cider is so good. The calamari batter is very salty and absorbed a ton of oil (oil wasn’t hot enough) but cooked correctly and the grilled lemon was nice. The spinach and artichoke was mediocre at best but the chips were hot and crunchy. Monique was so sweet and helpful.

I went to a gathering. We were a large group, but there was only one server for a group of 20+. The happy hour prices are good. The server did his best, but the service was extremely slow. Consequently, I was only able to place one drink order and an appetizer much later on.

A deliciously quiet lunch.....😋 Brooks was Amazing! 👏🏾 Her warm and friendly character was everything 💗 So, the Garlic Shrimp and Toasted Bread was OMG!!! So good! Squeeze the Lemon Juice on the bread and then top with Shrimp... Thank me and Brooks later....🤣 The Parmesan Crusted Chicken wS great as usual and my husband left nothing of the Jambalaya....#CleanPlate Strawberry Lemonade and Sweet Tea...👌🏾 Worth every dime!

Food is pricier than I remember for BJ's, and not as good as I remember, but atmosphere, service and their house brews are always excellent. Madison was great with us today.

I had the peppered wings. They were delicious. We ordered onion rings for the table. I was surprised that only 5 onion rings were included. So, it wasn't an App but was just a side of onion rings. They were not good. Not crispy and tasted like it had been fried in old grease.

The Southern Chicken was great. I took half home with the mashed potatoes. It is big to me, but my husband could have finished it. The ginger beer was 5 stars. My pizookie was great at home. It traveled well.

Regrettably, the experience with the to-go order fell short compared to dine-in reliability. Several items were missing, and the sauce for one of the missing items was improperly sealed, causing it to spill throughout the packaging and create a significant mess. Additionally, the Italian Chicken Parmigiana I ordered was overcooked, resulting in burnt chicken. Unfortunately, this experience is not one I am willing to repeat.

We enjoyed our dinner tonight! We were gifted a gift card a few months ago and we used it. We were pleased with the dining experience. Brandon was an awesome server!!! He was attentive, friendly and professional. He also gave suggestions in order to help me decide between two meals. Listen, I picked the right dish for me which was a big, delicious guacamole hamburger and sweet potato fries . I like bacon, guacamole and red onion on my burger. **It was a tad bit cold in the restaurant and hopefully they can adjust to the cooler weather outside.
