Very professional staff. Our waitress knew the menu like the back of her hand. The food was amazing! The blackberry bourbon sidecar drink was delicious. They brought extra dishes to the table just for us to try.

I was organizing a special birthday dinner for my lady and needed help from the staff with surprising her with her birthday gift. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating, the atmosphere and dining were superb, and my server, Georgia, was the absolute BEST. She and I quickly arranged the details of the presentation, and it came off BEAUTIFULLY. SHE LOVED IT! I'll definitely be back.

My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary at The Capital Grille in Memphis, and the experience was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The host staff greeted us warmly and immediately wished us a happy anniversary with big smiles. When we were seated, we found a beautifully set table with a single rose and a handwritten note acknowledging our special occasion—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the evening. Our server, James, was incredible. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel like VIPs throughout the meal. We would absolutely ask for him again on a future visit. The managers also checked in on us and ensured we felt important and valued as customers, which speaks volumes about the level of service at this restaurant. As for the food, we both ordered steak, and while my wife’s was cooked to perfection, mine was slightly overdone. When I casually mentioned it to James, he immediately checked on it and offered to make sure the center was cooked to my preference. It was a bit unexpected since you’d assume a steak would be consistent throughout, but honestly, the flavor was excellent, and I didn’t feel the need to bring it up again. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, making it an ideal setting for a special occasion. Overall, The Capital Grille provided an exceptional dining experience with outstanding service, great ambiance, and delicious food. We will definitely return and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable night out in Memphis.

This was my second time here, and I had another great dining experience here. It was my friend's birthday. Our server was nice, attentive, and helpful. She took really good care of us. I got the roasted chicken breast with risotto. We got the table Lobster Mac and Cheese, the creamed spinach with cheese and the parmesean fries they all was delicious. We had a nice evening. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Awesome service by our several Christopher. He was very professional gave us lots of attention. The manager Greg was just as awesome, he truly took good care of us throughout our dining experience even when our order was messed up. Greg thanks for a wonderful dining experience.

This was a beautiful dining spot. Had a fabulous meal. The staff were amazing. They have us a complimentary dessert to commemorate our 55th Anniversary. So very sweet of them
