The food and chef was amazing! Very funny and talented. Had my daughter laughing the whole time! Definitely was a joy. However, service was horrible. I had to find my way to the bar to get myself water. My alcoholic drink was horrible and $18!!! And I asked for lemon for my water 3 times and still didn’t get it.

Was apprehensive based on previously posted reviews, but I was extremely pleased to have a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. I was greeted by the staff about 3 minutes after arriving 5 minutes late to my reservation. Was patiently allowed to wait about 15 more minutes for the rest of my party to arrive. We were seated almost as soon as they arrived. Excellent timing for each course arrival/chef arrival and execution of food prep. Service was also exceptional. Food was AMAZING!!

Thank you for my unforgettable dining experience. Your restaurant delivered on every level! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant atmosphere set the tone for an exciting meal ahead. Chef Swag is a true artists, skillfully preparing your food right in front of you with flair and humor. His incredible knife skills and dramatic fire tricks made the entire dining experience feel like a live show. Our server Kiara made sure to make us feel welcomed. The food itself is nothing short of spectacular. The steaks are perfectly cooked to your preference, the shrimp and scallops are fresh and tender, and the grilled vegetables are packed with flavor. The sauces are the perfect complement to the dishes, and the portions are generous—guaranteeing you leave satisfied.

Our server Lauren is fantastic no need to ask for anything because she has already brought it and Chef Shar is super awesome, great humor and display of skill, food is superbly prepared excellent flavor and seasoned. I love this place Server and Chef and will be back!!

During lunch, our party of 6 waited over 55 minutes for our cook to arrive. We actually had to go find someone and ask them to please send out a cook for us since we had been waiting an hour and all of us needed to eventually leave and get on with our day. Yes, we had a reservation and no, it wasn’t especially busy. We also had to go find someone to bring out our drinks since finally at some point appetizers started to arrive and we had nothing to drink (not even water). So we’d say the service was pretty terrible, but once the cook finally got going he did a great job and the food was really good. We’ll probably try it again and hope for much better service next time.

chef swagg accompanied us on our first time here! he was very nice and had such good jokes! the food was also delicious, the only bad thing about the experience was the wait, but we will be coming again! thank you again chef swagg!

We (group of 15) visited Benihana on Friday November 22, 2024. Our reservation was at 7:45pm, it was booked under my name so I arrived at 7:40pm. The hostess informed me that we couldn’t be seated until the full party was there, cool. We were seated by 8:00pm. About 15 mins later the waitress came and introduced herself and let us know how the night would play out and that she was not a “slow waitress” (yeah, right). She took the first table’s drink order after the introduction and disappeared for about 20/25mins. When she came back, we made a joke stating that we thought she clocked out for smoke break. She told us that she had to close another table out which was understandable. She took our other table’s drink orders and went to put those in. Again the waitress was gone for another lengthy time! We were able to open gifts, that’s how long she was gone. She came back for both tables’ food order. At this point we’re surviving off alcohol and laughter and trying to make light of the situation being that we are there to celebrate life. After the food order was taken I’m assuming she went and put the order in. At this point I lost track of time. 30 minutes later the chefs arrived. The problem is when we asked for compensation for the wait the general manager told us we didn’t wait because the food order wasn’t entered until 9:00pm and chefs arrived to our tables at 9:20/30. We did not take an hour to look over the menu. The general manager was very rude and didn’t have a understanding bone in his body. After this review, I will be will be calling corporate as well. Two people from our party left without eating because they had somewhere else to be to and the wait for food was so excessive. To have a reservation for 7:45pm and not leaving until 11:15pm is absurd. Any accommodation would’ve been greatly appreciated. But Mr. General Manager did not care. All he cared about was the turn around and how sales have increased since he’s been the general manager so obviously he’s doing something right. On the bright side, our Chef Shar made the food experience great! She was wonderful and did her best to make our already bad experience better! Always, always ask for Chef Shar.

We had a 6pm reservation whoch we arrived 15 minutes early. We were not seated until 6:30. I ordered a glass of wine which did not come out until after 2 rounds of appetizers were eaten (i ordered one appetizer when I ordered my wine and then we ordered more when she came to ask what we wanted for dinner). Tuna Tartar was very light on tuna and definitely over priced at $25. Tuna was so thin sliced honestly wondered if it was real Tuna 😳 , it's displayed on a huge bed of ground up tempura, minimal avocado, and not microgreens. We had 3 entrée. Hibachi supreme, salmon, and the 6 course steak. We were never offered the dippings sauces, tea, or dessert with our meals. The hibachi supreme was over cooked and tough. Served with a poor quality lobster tail that the cook drowned it and everything in lots of butter. The salmon was lacking. The regular steak was even a let down. 3 meals, 3 appetizers, 1 glass of wine was $250. Service was even more disappointing than the food. The cook complained about others not working and not showing up to work, the waitress didn't seem to care too much about being at work. The place has gone very downhill Can we also talk about how the bathroom only had toliet paper in one stall.
