Customer Review Summary
The prime rib is a highlight, noted as succulent and cooked perfectly, though some found fatty bits excessive. The potato side lacked flavor and needed sour cream, while the sauces were praised for being scrumptious. Service was consistently described as attentive and friendly, although the atmosphere felt too open for some diners. Mixed reviews on the food: fish and chips were criticized for being greasy and lacking fresh taste, while certain dishes like the tenderloin were notable but needed seasoning. Some diners found value in large portions, though the overall food quality did not meet expectations given the prices. The location and atmosphere of the restaurant received positive remarks, making it a pleasant dining environment. Repeat visitors enjoyed their experiences, especially mentioning good service and excellent appetizers, while others were disappointed by the lack of menu consistency and underwhelming food quality. Overall, Greg's Grill has a friendly staff and a nice atmosphere, but the food quality does not always match the prices.

A truly succulent prime rib, cooked to perfection. Tender, juicy, and oh-so-easy to cut. Every bite felt like a celebration of meat mastery, except for a little too frequent occurrences of the fatty bits. The potato? A little underwhelming. It had all the toppings but still screamed for some sour cream. The sauces though… Scrumptious! Service was spot on—attentive, friendly, and quick to keep the glasses filled. The atmosphere was good but a bit too open. We were lucky enough to snag a good view. Otherwise, it can feel like a diner experience with fine-dining prices. Overall, great service, solid dish. Only sorry questioning if the bill was worth the sale.

Me and my wife was Christmas shopping. We got a little hungry so we decided to stop in at Greg‘s grill. We had a seat in the bar area. It was not very busy . There was only one person on duty and she was the bartender she came over and ask us would you guys like a drink so my wife ordered the espresso martini I had margarita on the rocks when we got our drinks my wife said that’s not a martini glass. My margarita I don’t think it had very much alcohol in it. It wasn’t very good. The espresso martini taste like Kahlúa and coffee. So we decided to split an order we got fish and chips. I was surprised when I seen it very few fries. If a handful the fish taste like it was not fresh. It was the worst that I’ve had in a long time for $35. I’ll never go there again Overpriced bad service bad food.

Beautiful spot to eat in the old mill, great views. Our waitress was kind but was off with customer service, I was told I could not substitute fries for anything, so I had to order a separate salad. It was not busy for a Friday night, and when we left, there were several servers and hostess standing around a table talking and eating food it seemed unprofessional. The food was mediocre, starting with calamari (a bit undercooked) for our meals.we had fish and chips very greasy, sitting in a puddle of oil and not a lot of taste to it. The tenderloin was cooked perfectly but needed some seasonings. Ribs were just ok. I was disappointed that the menu I researched online prior to going was not the menu they had available. There are so many amazing food options in bend that we will try out next time.

The atmosphere is wonderful and our server was great! The only thing is that the food was lackluster for the price. Portions were big though! My shredded veggies were way over-salted and the prime rib(easter special) wasn't seared which made it less appetizing. I feel as though the quality of the food doesn't match how nice the atmosphere is and how good the service is. So you come in with high expectations and might be a little bit disappointed. A lot of gluten free and vegetarian options, but not as many dairy free options. A cool aspect was that they had little electronic drawing pads instead of paper and crayons. I would hardly consider it a screen and my toddler was pretty happy with it.

We have visited this place on few occasions, and today we took a break for their all-day happy hour. Andre was an amazing help to us. He was amiable and inquired about our well-being. Both the ahi tuna and the shrimp ceviche that we ordered were excellent. We'll be back.

Was our 55th Wedding Anniversary. Have always enjoyed Greg's Grill so we went there for lunch. Absolutely wonderful meal of their tenderloin and 'Charlie', our waitress was amazing. So personable, beautiful smile and knowledgeable. We enjoyed every minute. Thank you all for making our day so special.

Food was very basic for the price. Nice location. The salmon salad had cold hard brown rice, very dry.

Perfect business lunch spot. Friendly staff, super eager to serve, especially Andre in the bar lounge! The cobb salad and ahi tuna appetizer were delicious!
