It’s a pretty small spot with a little seating downstairs and a bar plus a small room on the second floor. The service was just so wonderful and the food was killer. They really went out of there was to make it special. I had the salad as well as a flank steak. My side was the papas Bravas. It was really special as there new head chef is from Spain so it was kinda his personal touch. Would highly recommend and I will go back next time I’m in town

Loved it. The food was fabulous and prepared beautifully. Definitely going back. Ordered the caviar cone, followed by the Caesar salad and then I had the petit filet mignon with crab roscoe on the top. For desert we has the butterscotch pudding with foie gras.

This is an incredible gem! We walked in on a Monday holiday on vacation from Seattle and they seated us in a lovely booth. The service and food was fantastic. The steak (wagyu mixed with local Oregon) was perfectly seasoned and every bite melted in my mouth. Plus we loved other items on the menu including the French onion soup with duck, which had amazing flavor and textures. We got to choose our steak knife for each person, each with a special story. Love the family style so that we could all try so many great items. My daughter, 9, enjoyed everything as well. It felt so special and on par with the best restaurants anywhere.

Hubby and I are locals, he was born and raised in Bend, and I've lived here for 13 years. This was our first time going to Bos Taurus, and it was such an incredible experience. We ate at the bar side and had our fantastic bartender Roger lead the way with recommendations. For dinner, we had the Quail as a starter, delicious! The A5 Wagyu steaks with brussel sprouts and mac and cheese were all super flavorful. My husband and I had never tasted steaks like that before, ever. Roger made my husband Whiskey Sours for drinks, and I had a delicious surprise mocktail. If you want an amazing dining experience, I highly recommend Bos Taurus. The husband and I will add this to our go-to date night spot!

The best thing I have ever eaten is the A5 strip loin at Bos Taurus! The second best thing I have ever eaten was the wagyu hybrid strip steak at Bos Taurus. The caesar salad was perfect! The service was perfect, friendly and elegant. The other thing is the whiskey selection, its impressive, the best ive personally seen. It all added up to the best meal and dining experience ive ever had! Not to mention the awesome artwork!

Hands down one of the best dining experiences ever. The food is amazing and the steaks always come out exactly as we ask. Todd always takes great care of us and is just a fine human being. We appreciate everyone here and it’s on my fathers must visit list every time he comes to see us.

Very friendly staffs. The wine list had a good selection of different wines but not so many Burgundy. We had a ribeye steak from Australia and was ok for the price of $90. It was burned black on the outside but perfect MR on the inside. The halibut was semi-dry. Pork jowl was kind of different after 18 hours of low temperature cooking. You will need to try it for yourself. The house made ice cream was very good.
