However, there were mixed experiences regarding specific dishes and the bathroom conditions, with some reviewers noting issues like overcooked sides and lack of seasoning in certain items. Service was described as friendly and attentive, with commendations for waitstaff who enhanced the dining experience. The food was FANTASTIC but their bathroom stalls wouldn't even lock which was kinda weird. I expected their restrooms to be a little better but I would 100% try visiting again. The butter (had herbs with some salt) with bread they have is delicious, and their meat was divine. I had one of their salads which had crab meat, shrimp, and a boiled egg but it was way more lettuce than meat. I enjoy my salads to be evenly distributed with a little more protein. The sauce with their calamari was extremely good and I really enjoyed the asparagus!! We had their brownie dessert and a chocolate cookie dessert, both were perfectly warm with amazing ice cream. They even had some coffee that was pretty strong. The wine we had was EXTREMELY smooth, highly recommend.

Great environment. Nice music. Good mood lighting. Delicious food. Friendly and attentive staff! We ordered from the special Theatre Menu for $55 per person. Filet Mignon, substituting fingerlings for Mashed potatoes, Pork Chops (2!) on a bed of veggies, Ceasar Salad, Lobster Bisque and a side of Mac and Cheese sprinkled with Truffles. Everything was packed full of flavor and just as expected. The only criticism might be the Filet Mignon which, while extremely tender, didn't quite pack as much flavor as the other dishes. Especially loved the Lobster Bisque! The bread and oil they give at the beginning of the meal was delicious, though a little crumbly (which the wait staff promptly cleaned up). Left completely satisfied and ready for our show!

I hate leaving bad reviews but the food wasn’t great and with each bite seemed to get worse. We had the filet medallions, spicy crab dip, deviled eggs, mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese with truffle. The Mac was incredibly overcooked and just dissolved in the mouth. There was no truffle - maybe oil. Deviled eggs were very salty & steaks lacked seasoning and were rare after ordering medium. Mashed potatoes also were sadly very unseasoned. I looked to my partner at one point and stated how this was an annoyingly bad dinner. Spicy crab dip was definitely the all star, but I wouldn’t recommend making your way downtown for an appetizer.

Went to Prime for my birthday. It was superb! I got the Triple medallions. The Peppercorn sauce was my favorite. Also the creamed spinach with butternut squash was delicious! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable.

The cajun seaaoning on the steak is 🔥🔥🔥🔥truly a game changer! I order the cajun steak to go yesterday and today I dined in and had the medallion trio with a seasonal old fashion. I highly recommend Prime. The staff are amazing too!!!

I came here with a bunch of coworkers with a reservation. The restaurant was not too busy at 6pm when we went. We were seated and served right away. Some of the starters we ordered include deviled eggs, fried burrata, crab cake, potatoes, and french onion soup. The entrees were: New York strip, sirloin trio, and wagyu sirloin. The meats were very tender. We also ordered some sides: asparagus, potatoes, and Brussels sprouts. The drinks were great too. Id highly recommend eating here. It can be a bit pricy though.

This was our 2nd time there … super disappointing. We ordered oysters which were bad (literally, not fresh and not edible) which we sent back. Our waitress only appeared twice then didn’t remove the oysters from our bill. However, we very much appreciated Christian who tended to us MORE than the waitress, was respectful and courteous. Perhaps just a bad night but not sure we will go back 😞

First thing I'd like to speak on would be Miss Rhonda who rescheduled my reservations for this afternoon, corrected the special Menu for the occasion, also picked out a perfect location by the window for me to enjoy my dining experience peacefully. Next to the team of waiters, Alexia, Cole, and Caitlin or Kaylee, the three provided excellent service that was an enhancement and uplifting to my spirit for the Memorial Meal for my BFF Cortnee. The food suggestions were on point and the cocktail acknowledgements were greatly appreciated. Both recommendations were equally tasty. The Photographic Memories cocktail helped encapsulate the moment of remembrance. The Loaded Tots and Maple Bacon Brussel sprouts were pleasing to the eye and palette. My entree was the French Dip with Au Jus, I'm smiling as I type this, recalling the sandwich, along with the Parmesan Frites with truffle oil and the side of garlic aioli!! Listen I was already in a food coma, but then I got surprised with Two desserts, Half-baked chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and a candle to make a wish for Cortnee's Birthday!!! Also Banana pudding with Nutterbutter crumbles for myself to enjoy. Adding a Fantastic touch was they kept the second water glass across from me on the table, something I noticed and greatly appreciated that touch, made it feel of her dining with me. I Thank You Very Much Prime Team!!!🥹
