From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcomed and attended to every detail with professionalism and warmth. Nick’s knowledge of the menu was outstanding he guided us through the selections, offering excellent recommendations for both food and drinks The timing of each course was impeccable, and Nick’s attentive service added a personal touch that made our evening truly special. His charisma and friendly demeanor enhanced the atmosphere, making it feel like we were dining with an old friend. Thank you, Nick, for an unforgettable night. Took my wife here for her 25th birthday. It was a great dinning experience and I will definitely be dining with Jeff Ruby again! We began with the waygu meatball which was incredible! I ordered the "Steak Burrow" while she got the "Ocho Cinco". We also got sides of Mac and Cheese, Glazed Carrots, and Creamed Corn to share. I would give the food a 9.5/10. The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was the creamed corn. My wife got a complimentary birthday cake which was tasty but definitely not a fluffy cake, it was more of a tough butter cake/crumble consistency. We finished off with the "JR Cigar" which for us was a disappointment. The presentation was awesome and I'm glad we got to experience it but the ice cream had such a heavy bourbon flavor we couldn't finish it. We usually love desserts with bourbon infused but this was like taking a shot with each bite. Our server Joe did a great job and took time to explain the history of the building and wish my wife a happy birthday on multiple occasions. I will say the wait staff were as warm and welcoming overall as some other high-end restaurants we have dined at but I wouldn't necessarily say we had a bad experience. Overall we left satisfied and will recommend Carlo and Johnny's to friends in the future! ☺️

I was quite surprised at the quality of the bread and the baked potatoes since it’s such an expensive meal. The bread’s crust was so tough you couldn’t eat it. The butter is chilled for presentation and doesn’t spread well so a lot of waste happening with the bread and butter at the beginning of the meal. The dessert a kiss by a rose was truly delectable and so rich in all the best ways that I can’t wait to come back just for the dessert and the steak! The lavender lemon mock tail is truly the best I’ve ever had it was like a bowl of rainbow sherbet but in the form of a drink!

Food was good. The seasoning got to be salty towards the end of the steak, even with vegetables to break it up. Service was great. It’s a good place for a date night, business dinner or just a special evening out.

Wonderful service! Very accommodating. We arrived a bit early for our dinner reservation and went to the bar to order a drink while we waited. Once our table was ready, the hostess came to collect us and guide us to our table. The restaurant feels spacious, cozy, and private. They let us know that they would be happy to make accommodations as needed, such as doing a half sized salad (pictured is the half size! I believe normally it's made "family style" to share). The bread is served with a specialty mushroom truffle butter and all of their sauces are absolutely delicious. Normally I enjoy my oysters just with lemon, but the sauces they brought out for the oysters were absolutely delicious. Their steaks are charred on the outside, while still being able to be cooked to your preference on the inside - in this case we opted for Rare + and we split the cowboy steak. Cocktails are excellent as well and I really enjoyed the "She's a Daisy". We had a marvelous time celebrating our anniversary while in town. Don't forget to ask about Emily, their resident ghost, when you're there!

I ordered the 8oz Collinsworth steak and it was exceptional! It was the best filet I have had anywhere. The atmosphere was nice and when I asked my bartender what was upstairs he said "come on I'll show you" and took me on a personal tour of the upstairs area. I was blown away by the service. I had a great time and I'll be back!
