First time and an incredible dining experience! Beautiful decor, elegant, inviting and full of characters. Delicious food, we loved everything we tried, especially the crab cake, tater tots, mac and cheese, Godfather sushi roll, salmon, and the massive carrot and chocolate cakes. Service was impeccable. Jason, our server was knowledgeable and attentive, made excellent recommendations. Lupe kept our glasses full and our table spotless with efficiency, care, thoughtfulness and great attention to detail. Their hospitality made our night even more special. Highly recommend!!

Some of the best food and absolutely the best service I have ever received at any restaurant anywhere. Our waiter was constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, and we were never wanting for a water refill or another round of drinks. When our appetizers arrived they even plated them for us, and then dessert was a one of a kind experience. The themed cakes are a bit pricey for a cake but the presentation and taste make it worth it. It’s something you absolutely have to experience if you come here for any kind of celebration.

The steak was good, I wasn’t too impressed with the flavor of the steak, and I definitely don’t recommend brussels sprouts. I love the fact that they’re sourdough bread, the butter was amazing, the French onion soup was a little too sweet for me. I did not care for the broth as much either. The oysters were good. For dessert we got the strawberry cookie, it was good! We had a baby so they gave us a complementary bib!

This restaurant is a true staple of the city, offering an excellent experience from start to finish. They even followed up with a personalized letter to our home—such a classy touch. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

I’d go higher than 5 stars if I could. We have been dining here for years. Best steak we have ever had and we try to visit the best steak houses in any city we visit. (I also LOVE the burrow sauce!!!) The attention to detail including decor, presentation, EVERY member of their staff. They are top notch and really make you feel special. Highly recommend!

I had too much fun! The bartender alex was a blast. My friend and I had shared the blue crab bisque which was unbelievable. We also had this mozzarella appetizer, which was so fresh and delicious. We had them bring us a little side of aged balsamic. It was unreal. Such a good time. I have nothing but love for rubys 🥰 Thank you for the experience!!

Jeff Ruby's never disappoints! We recently had dinner in a private room to celebrate my son committing to play Soccer in College. Maggie was fantastic to work with! She made the booking process smooth, and communication was thorough. She also coordinated with the chef to make a special soccer ball and boot/cleat cake to honor my son. The service what top shelf, and the food was mouthwatering. Thank you to everyone for a memorable evening!
