Customer Review Summary
The food quality at The Lonely Pine Steakhouse is inconsistent, with some dishes being exceptional while others are disappointing. The steak is often highlighted as perfectly cooked and delicious, with some patrons praising specific cuts like the T-bone and ribeye. Drinks are well-paired, and the dessert menu is tempting, although some guests report a poor experience with oysters and bread. Service is generally described as attentive and knowledgeable, contributing positively to the dining experience. Ambiance can vary, with some finding it casual and noisy, detracting from the intended romantic setting. Pricing is noted as high, with some patrons feeling the quality does not justify the cost. The food was incredible, the steak was perfectly cooked, decent sized, and one of the most delicious meals I've had in a long time. The drinks were perfect and paired well. And I would have ordered the entire dessert menu if I'd had time.

My husband and I went to Lonely Pine for dinner last night and our experience was pretty bad to say the least. We have been to this restaurant many times and this was the first time the food was terrible! The first three pictures are from last night. The oysters were very dry and covered in a lot of panko bread crumbs; I only had two and was coughing pretty badly which led to me throwing up in the bathroom. Also, there wasn't any sauce like they had in the past (see the other oyster picture). So I left that restaurant hungry, which sucked because we spent around $75. The bread and butter board was also not worth $20; the bread didn't taste nor look like the focaccia bread from the other picture (also referenced). It definitely didn't look like it came from Allez Bakery. The only dish that was good was the burger that my husband ordered. This place is way too expensive and shouldn't be serving low quality dishes. I'm very disappointed and we will not be coming back anytime soon.

Food - they're tasty, but pricey. I had better steak with cheaper price. But overall was good. Service - it was very good. Our server was very helpful and knowledgeable. Atmosphere-it had good music, not too loud so we could talk without yelling

The steaks and dessert were immaculate. We are in town from Philly and went based off their review scores and it was every bit as delicious. 24 oz t bone and 32 oz ribeye were perfect

This was a disappointing visit. I was looking forward to this restaurant for quite a while but I found the atmosphere to be very casual for the price point. It seems to have turned into the locals watering hole so the romantic atmosphere I had been hoping for was pretty ruined by the very loud people at the bar. The food was fine but unimpressive, the only dish that seemed to have any aesthetic design to the plating was the NY Strip Steak and that I found to be bland. The dish I enjoyed the most was the Creme Brulee, and the service was excellent except for some confusion due to the noise

Steak was cooked well done even though it was ordered as s medium. There was a nasty smell (mothballs or chemical cleaner) throughout the whole restaurant. The kitchen was blasting rap music and it conflicted with the setting of the restaurant. Portions are small for the price and wasn't worth what I paid.

My new favorite go to!! I’ve been here about 3 or 4 times so I feel confident in my 5 star rating. Range of steaks for any consumer and the drinks are always so fabulous. The staff is always so friendly and happy and they have such a good team. They will sell out of certain menu items by the end of the night so make sure you get your reservation!

This steakhouse absolutely nails their unique vision. A Fantastic chef driven restaurant with an immaculate mid century western vibe. Don’t miss the $1 martinis and half off oysters on happy hour, wed-fri 5:30-6:30.
