Logan's Roadhouse

On their BEST day, the service is hit or miss. They screw up on basic things to such a degree that it makes customers think twice about coming there. Last night, we arrived for a 1 item pick-up order that I set for curbside to go the prior night. I waited for over 25 mins, and they never came. I sent my son in to get it, and he said they were just chatting it up a the host stand.

Took my family here between activities at Great American Ball Park for a bite to eat. The service was outstanding, the food was out of thus world and our server was top notch! He treated my grandkids the best ever, helping them cut up their food ( they are 4 & 5 ) along with bringing extra napkins without having to ask. He was also doing double duty as he was the bar tender. But everyone in this restaurant were amazing from the front door to our table. I hope I get the opportunity to eat here again, so thank you for your hospitality and kindness.

He knew the menu well, made additional suggestions and went above and beyond from start to finish. The food was amazing and Emanuel was attentive & patient the entire time, while still tending to other tables. Thank you Logan’s for an amazing lunch and service. I look forward to coming back soon.

Took the family out for dinner which there was 9 adults and 3 kids. The food was delicious and I can’t say enough on how friendly the staff all were!!! Our server Chloe was so awesome!!!! She made sure are drinks were never empty and that all are food was just right!!!! I would definitely recommend going if you want to have some fun and have a delicious meal!!!!!!! Ask for Chloe because she’ll definitely get you all taken care of!!!!! One awesome waitress!!!!!!!!!

Just got done eating here!!!! Food and everything was great at Logan’s! Had a big party of 9 adults and three little one our waitress Chloe was absolutely amazing. Chloe treated us so well and made the night even better. Definitely advise people to go and eat there the people are so nice!!

Dined in tonight for my daughters 17th birthday celebration. Our server was Emanuel and he was very patient and professional with our party of 15. He took his time and made sure our orders were correct and fresh. I would definitely visit again!

Best fried pickles around, imo! Server was quick & delightful! Hostess had to finish a text before seating and even then only acknowledged us with "follow me". Steak Alfredo was delicious!
