We ordered from doordash. It was posted that there was a BOGO meal. We didn't expect giant portions. But each portion had two to three pieces of meat. If that. And maybe 1/3 cup of rice. We were trying it out. It has been a long time since we went to a Benihanaana's restaurant. And I had to order our local Chinese restaurant to be able to serve dinner for 4:00. Lesson learned!

I did have a reservation, however it was a holiday and very busy so I did understand that and took it into consideration. But I was actually surprised about the amount of time. I was expected to wait after showing up five minutes early for my reservation they did accommodate us the best they could and let us sit at the bar until it was our time to eat. The staff was very friendly and they were extremely busy and seemed to be handling it the best they could.

Food was great. Our server was awesome for the first part of our dinner. We finished our meal and waiting for our check. Our family drove two cars. When waiting for our check we told our daughter they could go ahead. From the time we waited for the check til we could pay for our check to pay was 45 minutes. Our server was over extended. We asked several if we could pay because we wanted to go home. Kept being told that we had to wait for our server to cash us out.

Ashily gave amazing service and was beyond kind. She laughed at my uncles corny jokes and joked back. Our chef was great too kept the whole family involved and made my 8 year old son smile ear to ear several times. We had an amazing time celebrating my aunts birthday! Thank for great memories. We will be back soon!

We went to Benihana on Sunday afternoon. I have been wanting to go for some time. I read the reviews prior to going and I was surprised to read so many negative comments. I am happy to report that my experience was very good. We booked in open table for 2:15 and we were at out table at 2:35. The server took our drinks order. Shortly after our dinner order. While they were prepping our order in the back, we got our soup and salad. While waiting for our chef we had great conversation and even enjoyed other tables “show”. Our food was great; Javier, our chef, did a great job. Our server as well. In addition, the place has improved their exhaust system and it does not feel stuffy as I recall from my last visit several years back. Keep up the good work!

I went here first time and doesn’t make reservations, because we only 2 people and the hostess tell me to wait, we arrive at 6:50 since we really wanna try hibachi show, and she told me to wait 15 more minutes then yes we are waiting, then we got 2 more people coming after we wait about 10 mins, they call them first to the table and they just call me and sit us together with them, then i saw 2 more people about sitting next two table hibachi after us. They got cook first than we, after all waiting mu sushi that i order is about 10 bucks, but coming very chewy and cold while supposedly being hot and crispy since it say deep fry, and its not worth it after all i wait i order the seafood something they make name on the menu so fancy, but its still not worth it for $155 including $20 tips for one corona, steak and shrimp with chicken fried rice and calamari, shrimp, and scallops just few pieces not even sure how many lbs. The taste wasn’t bad but just okay, i still can eat since i am not picky eater. They have mushroom pilled zucchini and onion thats all for vegetables, and get my soup cold the salad was small. I really ask to my friends do we really need to wait for 1 hours for get the food??? Everyone look so bored and they look at the phone just to entertain their self, and i never see my server, I don’t know if she had another table on the other side, but why they make one people work not in the same area to make it more fast and efficient? Since i start working as a server too… but i still tips the chef and server to appreciate their hard work. Everyone deserves a good day! And i would be not comeback. Sorry to share this bad experience , because i thought they will have more concern to customers, because i have one of the people sit next to me, she said “my time as valuable and time is money, why they not give compliments or discount for us? If they know will be long time? Then i can comeback next time” And one more, they have no show! Not even entertaining 🥹 this should be more fun for hibachi place

This place was actually gross for a restaurant. let’s start here, we arrived at 8:10 they did not even start making our food until 2 HOURS LATER. we did not even end up getting out of the building until almost 10:30-11 I have never in my life been to a restaurant that takes 2 hours to even start to prepare my food. absolutely ridiculous. Now let’s talk about the cleanliness of this restaurant. The toilet is completely rusted and has literal mold on it and around it. the vents… looked like they have not been dusted or whipped down in who knows how long. There was toilet paper all over the floor, does anyone even check on the state of the bathrooms throughout the day? I have been to Gas stations that have cleaner bathrooms than this RESTAURANT. This is simple hygiene to keep a bathroom clean even if it’s not perfect, but this is just flat out disgusting. If the bathrooms look like this, I don’t even want to know what else looks like this that, that the customers are not able to see and could possibly be around our food and ect. I believe the health department should definitely check out this restaurant to make sure it is sanitary because what I have seen, it absolutely is not. The walls of the restaurant had paint that was coming off of them and looked like water damage.. WHICH CAN CAUSE MOLD and just is not appealing to the eye for how expensive this place is. Also let’s add it that it was FREEZING COLD. Everyone in my party and I were shivering the whole entire time and had to even run out to our cars to grab WINTER jackets because it was that horrible and even the workers agreed that it was freezing. The bar tender even mentioned to us that the thermostat said it was 50° in the restaurant. I could not even try and enjoy my meal because it was so cold. I went to the reviews after my experience and see so many people saying similar things about the temperature and how food took hours... and the restaurant ( owner ) under all the reviews apologies BUT obviously nothing is being done to fix these problems that are most definitely fixable!!! Do not apologize to consumers if you’re going to continue to leave the restaurant in the condition is in and not do a single this to try and make it better. overall, I don’t understand how this restaurant is still open in the condition it was in and we paid $160 for our meal and this horrible gross experience. again >>> $160!!!!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!
