Warm classic atmosphere. This place serves more than just great steaks. The Dover Sole was light and tasty. Duck breast was juicy and tender. The Colorado Lamb was seared perfectly and cooked just right. The Prime Delmonico was fantastic Unbelievable list of cocktails and bourbons.

We were happy with our first visit here. I particularly enjoyed the oxtail croquettes and the filet, oscar style. The decor is unique and eye-catching. I tried a few cocktails and enjoyed each of them. The servers were attentive without making you feel crowded or rushed. We will definitely come back.

I've eaten here twice for lunch at the bar and would highly recommend. The service is excellent, atmosphere similar to being at a NYC Greenwich restaurant. Both times my friend and I had the Caesar salad with cold shrimp. The salad was perfectly dressed and the shrimp quite large and cooked to perfection. It's also wonderful to see creative and yummy mocktails offered for those who chose not to drink alcohol. I can't wait to bring my husband to this wonderful new restaurant!

Excellent fine dining experience. The staff were incredible and cannot express how amazing service was, shoutout to Brandon and Laura! The butterscotch crème brûlée was out of this world, and I was a huge fan of the Scarlett Letter mocktail, very sweet. Of course they are known as a steakhouse, but I tried the duck breast and sea scallops and they did not disappoint. The food was cooked perfectly - cannot wait to dine here again!

We came on Valentine’s Day and everything was amazing! Our server Laura, was knowledge but never pushy. We started with the caviar with home-made potato chips and it was insane!!! I had no idea any restaurant in Rochester served food like this. I had the steak tartare with bone marrow crema for my entree and it was outstanding. We didn’t try any cocktails, but the tables around us did and they looked like artwork! The ambiance is gorgeous, the restaurant was packed, but still felt intimate. We loved it! 10/10

Attended Dinner for a friend’s Birthday. The waitress was informative and attentive. The staff stayed on top of water service. There was never a half cup of water. We all enjoyed our appetizer, entrees, side dishes, and cocktails. I ordered the crab cake and creamed spinach. The crab cake should have been on the appetizer menu. We watched cocktail delivered to a neighboring table and a lady came by and asked if were interested. She brought the birthday girl one and then introduced herself as the General Manager. A very sweet gesture. We’ll be back!

Patron Saint Steakhouse is a true gem in downtown Rochester! The refined atmosphere immediately sets the tone for a memorable evening, seamlessly blending classic steakhouse tradition with a modern flair. The interior design is stunning, balancing elegance with a welcoming vibe. The drink menu is equally impressive—I highly recommend The Queen’s Cup, a unique shared cocktail with Laurent-Perrier Champagne and honeycomb, perfect for a special night out. With incredible food, ambiance, and service, we can’t wait to visit again!

We created our own tasting menu of sorts with tuna tartare, seared scallops, bone-in ribeye and house mac. Cocktails were crafted to perfection. The Soothsayer was perfectly balanced with citrus and vanilla 😍 The crust on our ribeye was well-seasoned and complimented the cut nicely. Thank you to Ally, our amazing server! The hospitality you delivered was exceptional. Hats off to the SCN Hospitality group.
