Longhorn Steakhouse: Jefferson Rd, Henrietta, NY We had a wonderful visit! It had been quite some time since we last dined at this location, and we were thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. The atmosphere is spacious, offering a sense of privacy thanks to the well-spaced booths and tables. Our server, Vivian (pictured), was exceptional. She was attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. She did such a fantastic job that we plan to request her section the next time we visit.

We had an awesome dinner. Years ago I went to a different location and had a bad experience so I avoided Longhorn Steakhouse. I am so glad I tried this one because the food was excellent, and the service was on point. I had the French Onion Soup, Parmesan Crusted Chicken with asparagus and mac & cheese. The flavor of everything was fantastic. My husband had steak of course with fries and mac & cheese and he was very satisfied. We will definitely make the trip more often for the food. Well worth it!

Loved Sarah D. she did a great job the service overall was great everyone was sweet and the service was quick. The food was great the steak was cooked perfectly, the salmon could've had more flavor, everything else was fantastic! Highly recommend the lava cake.

We had an absolutely amazing experience from the hostess all the way to us walking out of the establishment, where employees were on their way out and wished us a good evening even when not being on the clock. Service was friendly and fast. The food was cooked absolutely amazingly; steak, sweet potato, mashed potato, corn, lobster tail, shrimp skewers and shrimp appetizer. Drinks were perfect. Our waitress made sure that everything was perfect and checked in on us frequently. I will definitely be back again to visit this establishment. Well worth the money!

I really wanted to like this place I did, but I didn’t. The waitress was very sweet, nice and attentive to our table. The problem really was with the food. The steak was dry and tough. I got tenderloin and it may as well have been a hockey puck. I ordered, medium, and yes, there was a little pink in the middle, but it was still tough as nails. The broccoli was completely covered in butter, even though it was supposed to be steamed broccoli. I also ordered a lemon drop from the bar. It was like drinking pure lemonade. For the money it was really Was not worth it. If you’re interested in a good steak and you’re in Henrietta hit up Texas Road House. Great steak for the money.
