Great Steakout

I spent over 50 dollars and I wasn’t upset with the price I was upset with the quality of food that I recieved I ordered there house chicken salad with added extra chicken and all I recieved was salad cheese and extra croutons and tomato and cucumber with one salad dressing when I paid for extra as well. I also ordered a large Philly steak with mayo and boss sauce and I only received meat and cheese and a bun and to top it off the loaded bacon fries I ordered only had a half of slice of bacon on there. I called several times to try to reach someone and when I did reach someone to ask to talk to the manager they hung up I called several times after that with no response.

Phenomenal service, and excellent food, the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of all the menu items, helping me to pick the right dinner choice for my family and I definitely recommend the chicken plate!!

Very tasteful and filling. The staff is cool. They even deliver to you if you're employed within the mall. I would have to say they have some of the best steak subs in the Greece area. Check it out for yourselves... you will not be disappointed.

Over priced and missing key items to my salad! Charged me $16 and left off half on my requested topping for my salad! Never again! They’re too inconsistent with their food!!

Ordered online food. Sent my daughter in for the food and they asked for proof ! Didn’t like that as no one had ever asked for proof . Who would send a child into a place to steal food? Crazy . - been there 4 times never been asked for proof.. - really hard to believe a innocent 12 year old child would know the random name of a random person at your place to steal food. Won’t be ordering again. Thanks

I came to the mall to get something to eat real quick decided to go to them. The food is overpriced and horrible. My french fries had Roman noodle sauce on them . The seasoning pack, and my chicken fingers were cut up into 1 million pieces and it was supposed to be Asap. They fill my cup up what I said a capacity I only had 3sip to drink out of.

I called ahead and ordered two sandwiches and had a friendly conversation. I mentioned that I would be using a coupon and that may be the reason for the poor food quality mentioned below. The GYRO was filled with crunchy meat (cooked too long) and a section in the middle of the pita was dried out and crispy. The CHEESESTEAK was on a bun that was smaller than a typical full size cheesesteak, but perhaps a little wider. However, there was so little meat in the sandwich that it was to the point of embarrassment how thinly it was laid out. I asked for lettuce and tomato, and those items were quite sparsely spread out through the bun as well. The ingredients seemed to be decent quality though -- an improvement over the gyro.
