Customer Review Summary
The restaurant 110 Grill offers a 100% gluten-free menu with many delicious options, including highly recommended fish fry and fried chicken. However, some dishes, like the shrimp risotto, were criticized for being bland and lacking portion size. While the service from staff members Josiah and Allan received praise for resolving issues amicably, there were complaints about slow service, challenges finding waitstaff, and an unwelcoming greeting experience. The ambiance was noted to be trendy, but some reviews mentioned the establishment feeling understaffed, leading to longer wait times for food. Overall dining experiences varied; many individuals enjoyed the food and atmosphere, while others felt disappointed with certain menu items and service inconsistencies. Despite some negatives, the restaurant received recommendations for its gluten-free options and accommodating staff, with a desire from some patrons to return.

100 percent gluten free menu with many delicious choices. I recommend the GF fish fry and the GF fried chicken with mac and cheese. I do NOT recommend the shrimp risotto as it had zero flavor and the portion of rice was small for it being my entree. Josiah, my waiter, and Allan, the manager, made a wrong right, so kudos to them. My daughter and I got beignets to go, and when we got home and went to eat them, they were burned. On the next visit to 110 Grill, Josiah and Allan went above and beyond to fix that disappointment and made us a double order of beignets for free! Allan was very nice and brought them to our table. The negatives I have are: (1) they need someone at the front desk to greet and seat people immediately. The food here is expensive, so I don't want to be standing and waiting for a hostess; (2) the bathroom always smells like weed; (3) the booths are tight, so if you're pregnant, or have any tummy at all, get a table; (4) the last time we were there, I had to search for our waitress, and she never checked on us once the food was delivered to us. I also had to find her to bring her my credit card for checking out. It seems like they need more waiters. I did not have this problem with Josiah as he was very attentive. I highly recommend 110 Grill because their gluten free food is delicious. I go there with my 13 year old daughter as a treat as most plates start at $21.

We can't wait to go back, we came here for our wedding anniversary. It's hard to go out and eat with my severe milk allergy, but they were amazing. The food was delicious. My husband and I have been recommending 110 grill to everyone we know. I love that I was able to make a reservation online too.

This is like many restaurants outside of shopping centers. The big fire out front and the big location makes it look like a cool, trendy place to visit. These places rarely survive. We sat at a high top at the bar since there was a big screen tv and Monday night football was on. The bartender was very nice. The atmosphere projected by the employees was that it was very busy and they were short staffed. There were only 5 or so couples in the bar area at 6pm and the restaurant was very big but wasn’t busy. It was a long wait for food. I read a review for this place that said they drove a long distance for the Cuban sandwich. I love Cuban sandwiches. Just not this one. It came out warmish and was ok. My wife’s food was also ok. The experience was all just ok. It wasn’t a horrible experience and the bartender was friendly and did his best but we wouldn’t go back. Everything was ok but we can get ok anywhere.

Fantastic gluten free options! Wonderful staff, and delicious food. We waited quite a while for our meal, but it was completely understandable with the volume of customers. And absolutely worth the wait! Highly recommend!

I was taken here for a birthday celebration. We had reservations party of two and the host was informed at the door what we were celebrating. We were told they don’t do birthday “celebrations”Upon entering there was a family of three still sitting down waiting to be seated. We were informed it was only 1 cook tonight so they were slower than usual. I ordered an appetizer-soup and about 8mins later someone from the back came out and said they wouldn’t be able to prepare the appetizer. Which was fine. I ordered a strawberry margarita. By the time I finally got my drink the family that was waiting to be seated had already gotten 1st round of meals brought to their table. I order the swordfish which was a small portion expected it to be bigger. It was good. Meanwhile the table right next to us was celebrating a birthday also and the servers brought her out dessert and honored her birthday. Hmmm? Meanwhile the family of 3 were Joe finishing the meals and we just got ours. We were literally the last ones in the restaurant when several others came in after us with bigger parties and ordered more food. Once we were finally ready to leave we literally had to walk around to find someone for our check. I was kind of disappointed as I was wanting to try this place for awhile now. The service was not what I expected. I would return again but would definitely voice my concerns again.

First time eating here with a party of 6. We were seated quickly and our server was pleasant and attentive. Everyone was satisfied with there meals and drinks. I ordered the honey lemon mule and the fish tacos . Both were really tasty. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Hostess was really nice . . I got the BBQ Nachos they were great . I couldn't even finish them and while I was there someone proposed so that added to the visit. The only downside Is I came for their oreo brownie sundae and they didn't have it anymore , that was a bummer.

Service was great. Food not so great. I spent $120 on two appetizers and two entrées with a coke. The fried calamari had too much breading. The fried pickles did not have enough breading. Me and my wife’s steak was burnt and overcooked instead of well done. The mashed potatoes tasted really salty. The sweet potato fries were OK but $120 was not worth it.
